Quip Bed & Breakfast Phuket Hotel

What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store several pieces of luggage in their storage room before and after our stay. We also accidentally left our stroller behind, and they kindly arranged to ship it back to us. We truly appreciated their honesty, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay with outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again!

The building was very well decorated, made you feel as if you where in a retro style New York old building, the rooms were massive and well decorated Location was about a 1 minute walk to the very popular old town

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. We also liked the breakfast it was served in a cute delivery box, which was a nice and unique touch. There is no elevator, and our room was on the 4th floor. It was very difficult for us to go up the stairs. I have a heart condition, so it was especially tiring and challenging. My partner had to support me going upstairs. It would be better if there was an elevator or assistance for guests with health conditions.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which caused some inconvenience, such as dust and issues with the lighting (for example, the lobby restroom lights were not working). The room felt somewhat claustrophobic, with only a small window near the ceiling that remained closed. In addition, the mattress was not very comfortable.

It's not possible to have this level of filth in the room. Dead bug casings, hair, stains, bug excrements. It's unacceptable. The pictures speak for themselves

The location was super central. Also a very clean amd nice room and a very good deal Internet connection was sometimes slow

Staff was friendly and the housekeepers are amazing. The bathroom shower got everything wet and didn’t drain the best.

Location and decor was very cute. The front desk person was very helpful and kind. I did hope for more of a breakfast given it’s a bed and breakfast, but for the price I think it’s on point in terms of value. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Money got stolen

The location is very good. Rooms are also nicely decorated. It was quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately the staff were unfriendly. Never seen them smile. Place was very empty and we had many technical issues with the rooms. Lights stopped working, hair dryer was shutting off every 5 sec, the drain for the shower never worked.

Location is very ideal and has quick access to restaurants, 7/11. Plus the aesthetic of the hotel is amazing! Like an antique shop Aside from all the good things, the bed was quite hard and lack of storage for your suitcases and other items

I love how it has its own charm. It would've been better if they had the bar open, it would've definitely been more attractive and have more people come down to socialize. Honestly, the bar. The bar didn't exist. The bed was uncomfortable. The sink in room 205 needs to be drained or something cause it kept clogging.

loved the convenience of the location and the aesthetics of the hotel it was very hard to locate any staff most of the time. and it was also hard to get to the 4th floor rooms with luggage cz there was no lift and any support from staff to carry luggages.

I stayed for 3 months and it was the best!!! Great location, Cool Decor ,super clean and GREAT staff! Highly recommend

Extremely enjoyable hotel, clean, nice rooms, big TV, directly in Phuket old town. It is not an expensive hotel so for the price the hotel fully met my expectations.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the room decor was cool, as was the whole antique store vibe, and it's close to EVERYTHING.

Location, location, location!! The lobby had no AC, staff not very welcoming, a little cold.

location in Phuket town was good. The facilities were basic. Not any amenities. Breakfast was a bagged meal of croissant, milk, and banana.
