Was at The Cove for 20 days, 2 adults (mother and daughter) and teenager. We were in Phuket countless amount of time, always in Bang Tao area. This time decided to try something new and cape Panwa was a great choice! Location, calmness, safety. Not crowded and feel like you get an authentic Phuket. All you need you have around! You would require vehicle though. People at the hotel were attentive and prompt to help with anything. I wanted relaxing time, I was able to get it there. Overall very pleased with choice of accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Breakfasts by the water are definitely the highlight! Family house need some renovation A proper knife in the kitchen would also be beneficial ? we weren’t cooking, just for cutting the fruits, was a struggle with butter knife. Despite daily cleaning service, which was great, bathrooms must have better cleaning. Sun bathing area must be equipped with more sturdier parasols, as current doesn’t provide much of a shade and can be easily removed by wind causing danger. I hope management would do something about it as we are not the first pointing out on it. Beach floor at a low tide can be cleaned from the rocks, that would give it an absolute paradise like feel and appearance. Do recommend to bring water shoes, that was a game changer for us.

Beautiful hotel / restaurant, sat on a lovely quiet beach which is so rare in Phuket during peak season. Staff really were lovely and made you feel at home. Perfect place to disconnect and no need to wear any shoes as you are straight onto the sand! We will be back!!! Nothing

The location is fantastic. Your own private beach, nestled away from the busy beaches but walking distance to some cute shops and restaurants. The private villas are lovely, well designed and roomy. We stayed in the family room which is basically a small house complete with kitchen and 3 bathrooms! Would definitely stay here again. Can't complain.

Such an amazing location . Beach was breathtaking and chilled atmosphere. Food excellent and staff so happy and helpful . Massages great too. Was perfect but I would ask that they get some more comfortable cushions for sunloungers as I found them not very comfortable and many people come to sunbathe

rooms are very clean and comfortable , staff are staff are helpful and nice , comfortable beds , the area quiet comfortable area , with a lovely view away from city noise and crowd nearest 7/11 or exchange is 7-10 mins walk by the hill or the beach, but u got cooperative staff help if u need these types of ride

The service was outstanding, with attention to every detail, making our stay truly relaxing. We felt welcomed from the first moment and like being part of The Cove family.The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. Very nice and serene beach, the beach restaurant is a gem. Super helpful and friendly staff. The shower can only adjust to hot and super hot, no cool water. 2 Bedrooms x 4 guests but only 1 hair dryer.
