Location in Main Street, Quite and well designed Poor Breakfast, small size of swimming pool sitting area

Swimming pool, reception staff and restaurant staff House keeping, they don’t clean everyday, you have to ask to clean, very poor… they don’t even clean properly, they don’t even arrange pillows properly, leave the tissue box open

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The property is new, very clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was great, especially the wide variety of fresh fruits. A special thank you to the team for the lovely birthday room setup — it was a very thoughtful surprise that made my day even more special The only minor issue was that the water drainage in the bathroom shower was quite slow.

No complimentary shuttle bus,or bicycle .

Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly! We loved the morning breakfast, and the room was extremely spacious and in a convenient location. Could not have asked for a better trip to Koh Samui! Nothing much. The service was top-notch.

Super,clean, nice gym, beautiful pool. The room needs few adds in. Add a trash can in the room ( only one in the bathroom) hanger in the bathroom for towels etc.

The staff was very nice, the room looked beautiful. Very cozy and clean. It has an overall nice and serene feeling and part of that is the beauty and greenery around the different buildings. It's also very close to a main road but there is no bother from the noise. The south side of the premises is still under construction and there is some construction noise, but I stayed in wing 2, towards the north side, so I didn't hear anything. If you're sensitive to noise you may want to inquire about that. The design of the 'smoking stations' all along the main walking paths. In that way, non-smokers are bothered more than necessary. There was one right next to my room, and inhaling smoke in my own room bothers me a lot. What I also found disappointing at this price point was the breakfast. It was a very standard menu with plenty of options, but (except for plant milk) not very accommodating for vegans. Worse than that was that some of the basic breakfast options, like toast and cornflakes, were simply stale. I expected a bit more in this regard from this new hotel and I hope they take note.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious with great options, and the pool was really nice as well. There weren’t too many places to sit by the pool, but it was still perfectly fine and enjoyable. What really made the experience special was the staff. Their English was excellent and their hospitality was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I will absolutely be back! The only thing that was a little annoying was that the room we booked was a bit small, so it was a little difficult to fully open our suitcases. But overall, it didn’t take away from the experience.

Small bathroom with no shelves, none in shower to hold shampoo and bath gel. They need to install wall mounted containers.
