Love the location of the place and has everything i need. Food, gym and pool Mosquitoes around but they provide insect spray for us when we asked .

I liked the weather and the majority of the staff were great apart from the receptionist upon arrival. The beach was private which was nice, no one trying top sell ice creams or general tatt.... The breakfast is a buffet, for the first couple of days is ok, but the choice never changes and its not a big buffet so got borring quickly with little choice. The room did not have the views i expected or was misslead to believe i would have, especially with a penthouse villa. We arrived circa 20:30 and could tell that the receptionist was not happy, no one to porter for my wife or daughter, the room key did not work so had to wait, only gave 1 room key between 3 people, was told to pay 1000 deposit for an extra key, after paying 179,096.40 for the room you would think they could trust me with a key card. Did not get an explanation as to where anything was. Poor service. The grounds are tired, sun loungers broken, not enough cushions for all the sun loungers. Needs an upgrade.....

The room (one bedroom apartment) was huge, comfortable, and lovely. The outdoor patio area was also huge, with nice furnishings. The staff was kind and professional. The pool needs a bit of refurbishing, perhaps needs a better filtration system?

The atmosphere of the entire stay was outstanding. The spacious bedroom along with family room and kitchen were super clean. We had a private pool that was a great place in the evening to relax. The breakfast was good they had and egg station for the omelettes or eggs anyway you like them. The infinity pool overlooked the beach. The lounge chairs were padded and very comfortable. You had the opportunity to get a message or do yoga. If you’re looking for a romantic relaxed vacation….this is it. Almost forgot, the staff was very kind and helpful.

Had the best stay in this hotel! Very friendly staff! They make you feel like family ❤️ and the service was great! The penthouse with pool we booked was the best and will definitely come back ?❤️ also got to celebrate my first wedding anniversary in this hotel and it was absolutely beautiful❤️ Nothing ?

Some of the other guests were rude to staff. Staff handled them with calm professionalism. Hope they don't try to invade Thailand like they did Ukraine.

Friendly staffs, good breakfast, good rooms! A/C was not as strong, lost my cloth in hotel laundry.

The room The prices in the Restaurant are very expensive, I brought my family to eat, we start to order, and we found that it is out of our budget. to far from our budget.

Staff was superb! Very kind and hospitable. The restaurant was great, beach and pool facilities were great. The gym was small but nice and clean. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The room was very nice and clean. The location to shops is very good and the lounge area by the ocean is very nice. The gym equipment could use updating and the space feels cramped but it is very usable.

Loved everything, location was fab, staff were so friendly and kind and breakfast was really good !!! Not a bad word to say :)

We booked villa so the good thing was privacy and swimming pool The worst was the bathroom which was open air. Every time I went to toilet or take a shower I got bitten by mosquitoes. Who on earth builds open air bathroom? Maintenance took 2 days to address faulty water pump in the swimming pool. Not clean bathroom at all as it is full of insects, mosquitoes and even 2-3 bats living there and making mess
