Superb location room was great, just that it's right beside the big resort, the aircond sound outside was noisy, if you drive car to the hotel, you might need to park 100-200 metres away from the hotel

The location was very convenient and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The beach is literally around the corner, just a short 2 min walk It was really difficult to get all our luggage to the 2nd floor room. I wish the front desk told us there was a lift for luggage but instead my kids and I had to struggle taking our heavy large luggage up trek flights of stairs. The balcony rooms are facing the wall of another building, don’t pay extra for it. The bath towels were crunchy and hard. It’s not comfortable for a family with kids.

For the price, it was great. King bed, spacious room, mini fridge, water restocked daily. Location right by the beach, within walking distance to most places in chaweng, not too loud of an area. The towels were uncomfortably crispy. The toilet struggled to flush, usually had to flush at least twice for it to work. The window didn’t fully shut so the street noise was quite loud. Bed was hard, like most around here. I got woken up to staff banging on my door at 1am one night, it scared the crap out of me. I think she said she had the wrong room but I was confused on the reason for it in the first place… maybe a wake up call? Overall, with a better toilet, I would still stay again for that price!

The location was good ( noisy in the night) Cleaning daily, changes of towels, Water in the room Friendly staff There was a strong smell of smoke in the room. People are allowed to smoke on the property (including marijuana), and the smell kept coming into my room. Since I don’t smoke, this was a problem for me. On the last day, I also got bitten by bed bugs. I’m not sure whether they came from the armchair, the bed, or the bedsheets, but I have many bites. Unfortunately, because I’m allergic, the reaction will last for about two weeks.

Perfect. We couldn’t ask for more, slept well not noisy or anything, right next to the beach and the main strip so was fun to walk around plenty to do/see/eat.
