The location was nice, right next to the beach and near the middle of the city making it easy to get around. The beach itself was nice to get to, and there is the pool at the hotel you can use. Upon check in about 15 minutes after the check-in permitted time, I was told to wait and come back later. Okay, sure. I come back about 30 minutes later and told to wait again. Overall, it was about an hour wait before I got into my room; the staff excuse was "we're busy". When the woman brought me to my room, which was quite expensive for a couple nights, she didn't say a word, turned on the air conditioning, and then left the room. Not very customer friendly. In terms of the price paid for this room, which admittedly did have a nice view of the pool/ocean, I would not pay the price or stay at this hotel again. Additionally, each night there was loud noise from surrounding hotels/areas making it difficult to sleep.

Location to beach It’s as if it’s on its last legs. So much potential but run down. No pool bar, rubbish, mine tape around areas. It’s on its knees. Bath water yellow. Beds like a brick.

Only location and room size. 1. Bathroom water pressure is very low. 2. Only one TV channel. 3. The shower water hose is very dusty. 4. The towels are not clean. 5. No tea is provided in the room. 6. Room service is very bad. 7. The hotel is way below my expectations. 8. The room rate should be much lower than what i have paid for.

Location is amazing, just on the beach. Staff lovely Our first stat was 7 years ago and we had a great experience. Facilities were kept well. Breakfast was great with many options. Pool bar was amazing. We stayed this time. Bar was permanently shut down, facilities in ill repair and breakfast poor.

HORRIBLE! Durty hotel ! Room from the last century!! Breakfast nul with Nescafe instead of coffee. THe photo on Booking shows that is on the beach ..this not not true!!! One night men came with prostitutes and made noise in the corridor...I went to the reception andthey did nothing!!! PLease avoid to book this hotel!!!! the price is high...on TOP!!!

Horrible! The site is durty, the plants are sick...the chairs at the breakfast area are old somme broke... No coffee but nescafe!!! The towals are old!!! The site is not directmy on the beach and it is not a private beach... I dont know why Booking is lying on this hotel!!! During the night men went with prostitutes to their roomand made a lot of noise in the corridor as they were drunk....;I went to the reception and did nothing!!!!Why they authorized this situation!!! The Kindness of the staff No showers, no facilities for washing feet when leaving the beach, deckchairs broken and old and too few in number, wooden decks all broken, and the pool uncleaned and full of sand. The rooms are pretty, but there's no hairdryer, the buttons asking you to do the rooms didn't work, the towels are washed but they're so old that they have stains and loose threads.... Finally, the reception: dirty glasses everywhere, the boss is there all the time with his table where his office and personal belongings are visible to everyone... and the sure ou donc is awfull this is not a 3-star hotel at the price they sell their rooms for.

I never see a hell like this . I have lived in Thailand for 15 years, and I have never seen a bad hotel and a bad owner like this . they not allow we join the room until 20:00 coz we book 26000 bath for 2 night and they told I should give cash .after I arrived there, they did not allow I to check in because of the new year holidays they can have a customer 50000 bath per night . after call to police they allow we check in . just can say not waste your money with this hotel .

I called everyday for them to come to clean the room. They did not the TV was not working at all. It's not a big screen to be. The fridge doesn't work nothing works no air conditioner. Pool extremely dirty , no pool bar , breakfast was disaster. I did not like menager cleaning his feet where everybody was easing.

Location was great. They don't clean the rooms. 4 days, I had to beg them. They kept saying they would send someone, no one came. Just probably the worst value for money I've ever stayed in.

Room was basic but clean The property was a disgrace externally and not as described by booking. Com the swimming pool was dirty there was no bar the patio floor timbers outside the room were rotting and unsafe
