Very nice and calm place only 10 minutes away from Samui Central. Our apartment was lovely and the cleaning staff was wonderful. In the town centre we had access to multiple food markets, Muy Thai fight, grocery store and local food joints. A little pricier than I anticipated paying but lovely nonetheless.

The pool and restaurant area looked incredible and the rooms are amazing. I loved the windows and the view. The bed was comfy too! The shower in our room would overflow and leak. It looks great but isn’t the most practical. It struggles to get hot. By the bed it can get quite hot as ac not fully reaches.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, aesthetics. There is no elevator, and with our room on the second floor, we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs ourselves. The location isn’t great; it’s a 15-minute walk to reach any nice areas, and the walk itself is unpleasant. The staff doesn’t speak English, making communication super difficult. The room looks nice but has many problems. The shower has no glass partition, so water goes everywhere, and the water pressure and temperature are inconsistent. The room is poorly lit, which is very annoying and frustrating at night. The rooms are generally clean, but there are no “Do Not Disturb” or “Please Clean” signs for the door. Without these, you have to find the cleaning staff yourself to request service. There’s also no phone in the room, making it hard to contact reception if you need anything. After 10 PM, only a security guard is present, and they barely speak English. The room doors are old and don’t feel secure, which made us feel unsafe. The walls are thin; we could hear everything from neighboring rooms. The pool was dirty and was green, though the surrounding area and restaurant look nice. Overall, the hotel’s many problems overshadow its few good points. We wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful always. The room was just like the pictures/ even better and the view was really nice from the room. Only thing I could think of was our air con could have worked slightly better but apart from that everything was super.

This property was just beautiful! So clean, spacious and amazing views from the hotel room. The pool, restaurant and bar area were amazing, and added to such a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The location of the property was very convenient, making it very easy to access Chaweng by foot (and even quicker by vehicle!!). We would definitely return to this gorgeous property!
