Cape Fahn Hotel – Private Islands Samui

They didn’t give us late checkout.. it wasn’t like I was staying there for the first time.

Everything was great. The breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from. In room dining was delicious. We chose the villa and it was awesome with own pool and view, nice and private. Lots of room and comfy bed. Staff were all very polite and hard working. Taking the truck and boat back and forth from the parking area and lobby was an interesting accommodation. The app made communication very easy and prompt. We booked because we wanted to try the hotel restaurant, Long Dtai but it was closed for a wedding for the only night we could eat there. Bummed but understandable. Restaurant is closed one Wednesdays too.

Private island with beautiful pool villas. It feels very exclusive and luxurious. The location was great and private, the staff was fantastic and the villas were beautiful.

The room had a private pool -had to wait for a while even after check-in time as door lock to the room was broken. They blamed us for not notifying what time we were arriving but we made sure to arrive after the check in time -Not v clean. There were ants in the floorboards and screws left on the floor in the room

The hotel is located on a small private island. There are only 20+ rooms so it was an exclusive experience. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staffs were friendly and welcoming. We need to take a little boat to access the island. The weather was cloudy on the day of our arrival and the tides were high. We were all wet from the boat ride. Poor quality life jackets were provided and there was no life jacket suitable for my 1 yo baby. We could imagine the trouble to go to clinic/hospital in case of an emergency.

If want to visit a secluded resort in Koh Samui, without being too far away from the island center, I think this is the best choice available. The room is very spacious and clean. I also took the villa with the pool. The pool was amazing and its size is good for a small family. The view was great and you can stay at the resort for the whole day without being bored. The food options are great and the complimentary drinks and snacks was something I liked very much and was surprised about. Open areas were limited. Wish there was more areas to walk around in the resost. Since it is a small island, I don't think this would have been possible. You can still go the main island for resturaunts and attractions, however.

This property is situated on a separate island just off Koh Samui. It's a lovely place with villas nesting among trees on the hill. The villas are fairly close to each other, and yet they have managed to ensure complete privacy for every villa. It's a wonderful place to spend an idyllic or romantic time. The staff are super-friendly and made arrangements for us as per our convenience. Not all villas have a view of the sea. We had booked a villa with a view of the sea, but the one allotted to us initially did not have any sea view. So naturally we complained, and they changed our villa, but even from the second one, the sea was barely visible. It did have a direct and private pathway to the sea, though, so that was a compensation.

Amazing service with a great team. Feels like it is integrated well with the surrounding lush landscape. Really nice private rooms with great facilities. Full of nice little touches like free minibar (except alcohol) and little surprises delivered by staff when they clean your room such as fruits or chocolates. Breakfasts were awesome with a great variety of Thai and international cuisine. The hotel app is super useful and has great features. The location is great if you plan to stay on the resort but getting to and from it requires a short boat or truck ride across the water and the novelty wears off after a while.

Really beautiful room and premises. Staff were all so lovely, great service from everyone. Food was really nice too. Horizon ocean view villa is amazing. Could have had more activities besides daily happy hour especially indoor ones due to the bad weather. It was a little tricky to organise tours via the hotel, we suggest contacting tour groups directly for faster communication

Cape Fahn was unreal. The location, villas and hospitality were top notch. The island is tucked away in a corner of Koh Samui, next to the laidback Choeng Mon beach, which had pristine white sand and clear water. The villas were very luxurious, with a large infinity pool and amazing views of the ocean and nature. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were looked after, be it at the reception, Hue restaurant or at breakfast, where Sao, Bam or Nan made sure we were well-fed! We had the most relaxed break. Thank you! Just two minor things: 1. The approach to the hospitality lounge of Cape Fahn wasn’t the best, as you have to walk over a stream of water that seemed polluted and smelled a little. It doesn’t do justice to how amazing the resort itself is 2. There were two instances where our bathroom ran out of water very briefly. Nothing major as management sorted it very quickly and we weren’t inconvenienced much

The villa, the food, the site, the views, everything was incredible. What can we say about the hotel staff…. Outstanding. They helped us to manage a lot of stuff ( booking strip, transfer to Phuket …). A special thanks to Mr Beer who was a true magician during our stay, responding to all our needs in a very efficient way. Little anecdote: we forgot our shoes in our room and the staff sent them asap to our next destination at no charge! This is the best customer care we have ever experienced

Everything… excellent service, view, property, location, access to the beach and privacy Being a vegetarian, I am always delighted to find more options for Non meat Gourmet food. It’s not a complain but just a delightful wish

OMG! Everything. this hotel exceeded my expectation in every way possible. It is safe to say that this is the nicest hotel i have every stayed in. their attention to detail is incredible. I hope it stays that way for years as i would definitely come back. everything was just excellent. Nothing

The property is a haven of tranquility on the north west of Koh Samui. It was the ideal location to disconnect and enjoy some “me time”.
