I stayed here a month ago and gave a 9 rating. Even back then I mentioned the staff behavior wasn’t great, but I tried to justify it because I thought they might have been busy. Unfortunately, this time I realized I wasn’t wrong the first time — the staff behavior is really unacceptable. On the first night, at 6 AM someone unlocked my door and walked into my room while I was sleeping. They saw me inside and just left. That is absolutely not okay. On the second day, they woke me up saying I had to check out. I told them I had paid for three nights, not two. They apologized and left, but this kind of mistake shouldn’t happen. At checkout, I was waiting to get back my 500 baht deposit. They asked me who I gave the money to. Honestly, if I hadn’t paid, would they have given me the key? Overall, the staff behavior is very poor. It’s unclear who is the manager and who is staff — there’s no professionalism. There’s a bar downstairs, and it feels like if you buy beer or play billiards there, you get treated much better than actual hotel guests. Bar customers seem to be more important than hotel guests. Very disappointing experience.

I was suspicious at first but to be honest worth the money you spend . Great place great location . To many steps to go to the room. (Was 3th floor) lol but it a great location near everything

One of the positive points is the location. For someone who wants to go out for drinks, it’s excellent because everything is within walking distance. There is a bar downstairs where people play billiards, and the area stays lively until midnight. It’s not ideal for someone who is looking for complete quiet and rest, but it’s very suitable for someone who comes to enjoy nightlife and have drinks. The staff are friendly. Because it gets busy downstairs, I didn’t have much chance to interact with them, but their initial behavior and even the way they said goodbye were very good. I’ll be back in two weeks and plan to stay here again for three nights with a friend. These points are not really negative if you’re a flexible person. For example, there is basically no parking because the street is very busy. I used to park my motorbike a few streets away and walk back, which I actually enjoyed because I liked the vibe and the walk. But I understand that not everyone wants to walk that much. Also, the music noise can be quite loud, but since I’m a DJ myself, I’m totally fine with it and I can sleep comfortably ?

Can’t sleep because of the music from the clubs around. The sheets were smelling bad, the door to the “balcony” can’t be closed so you keep hearing the loud music outside

Great location, with friendly, helpful staff. Free pool, cheap drinks, and nice owners. It is noisy at night until about 5am, bring some ear plugs.

Nice staff and cool ? I wanted to sleep not to party, the room was just on the top of the bar in the"I rock my life area"..I didn t know it is the party area, anyway nothing was available for an affordable price less than 30 kilometers... BTW, expectation meet: twin room, with shower, clean

Good location No A/C so very hot even with fan., loud because next to club. Toilet didnt flush (even after the owner came to fix it)

Lovely Owner, she was extremely helpful and friendly! Rooms are great for the price you pay. The Irish Pub downstairs has great vibes that attracts a good bunch!

The room was very nice and very big and clean. Only problem in the sound club next door to our room that goes until 6am,but thats just our issue. Was very loud and banging. I think it was the owner who was downstairs drinking in the morning and 1 nite shouting very late
