Everything was great

Cats. I accidentally broke a glass in the room, they charged me 160 THB for it. Such glasses cost 15 THB, I think that's unfair.

I love everything

Was clean and even had smart tv, big and spacious and breakfast was good , was overall a good experience Nice view and they picked us up At pier and took back after the stay free of charge

The room is very clean

Just one tiny thing in the double room - in the evening I found little bugs running on the table.

This is a nice place. Located on the edge of the main village on Koh Larn, it is either a twelve minute walk or they have a free shuttle service from the ferry. The room had a nice deck and was very clean. It was perfect for a budget conscious traveller. The only quibble is that it is a stretch to consider this a resort.

Good location , the facility is at the center of KohLan. It is valuable price. Service is very good.

Everything was wonderful. We loved the staff, breakfast, water pressure, location and cleanliness. -

When you arrive in the pier, if you call them, they provide free pick up (only from na baan pier though) , also drop off is free. It was very nice of them. The staffs don't speak much English, but I don't think one should complain about it. There is complementary breakfast from 8 am to 10 am, but I left at 7 am and did not try the breakfast. The had four options (they showed photos)All I can say is that it is not vegetarian. One can also rent scooter from them. They have a restaurant but it is open only for breakfast. For other meals you need to walk a bit. It is probably not an issue for most people. If you book directly, you will pay lot less.

Good Breakfast

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was good for me. I walk for my exercise and liked doing it while at the resort, but someone with mobility issues would need some transport accommodations to get to the nearest beach. Breakfast. I am vegetarian and was surprised that there were no options for people like me. Coffee was good, but there was no refill. You are given only one cup of coffee. Of course one could ask for another cup, but it looked like it wasn't customary. Fried eggs were always cold ( don't understand why). I spent 6 days at this resort and breakfast was ALWAYS the same. No changes. Plus, the stuff didn't speak any English, so it was difficult to communicate with them about the needs.

The location is at the center of KohLan could be reach to many beautiful attraction point by a motorcycle. Recomended. It is valuable price. Service is very good.

The price and it's newly built, clean, although there are already trails of ants all over the walls/floor outside the room.... In general MOST PROPERTIES on the island are small cheaply built piles of garbage, it's best to rent something normal in Pattaya and just go to the island for the day, then come back.

I lost a piece of my birkenstock coz a straydog “took” it ?

It has potential. There was a faulty water pump that went off like a siren the entire duration of my stay. Did not get any sleep. They seemed to know that this has been an issue, but did not respond when I asked if they were going to fix it. They Just ignored me. Customer service was minimal .

Everything Nothing

I looooved everything about this resort. It has become my new favorite place to stay on this little island. It was super clean and located in a quiet area yet not far from the pier. Breakfast was delicious and their black coffee was not bad either! I was surprised. Thank you for such an amazing stay, see you again next year! -
