Good location and staff was very friendly

The location is just beside the pier. Those regular hour boats honk a lot to remind people to get on board quickly. It's very annoying. Luckily, after 6.30 pm, no more boats are coming. Also, there is busy traffic on sea as big boats try to load daily supplies to the island. All the boats use the pier.

The staff was very helpful with luggage transportation from the ferry to the room, luggage storage, and late check out. Bicycle rental could’ve been offered along with motorbikes.

the location is amazing the staff are friendly. overall good value for money the bathroom had a bit of mood that needs to be addressed , in saying that it’s right on the water so it happens

It was the perfect location for the value. Short walking distance to the restaurants, the 7-11 shopping and more. I'm so pleased with the amenities and stunning views of the Pattaya skyline.
