Breakfast could had some Thai options - I asked for Kai Luak and they said that they could not do that. The view of the neighbouring property was woeful

No nonsense and informal property. Walkable from Naban Pier. Right off the seashore with Pattaya skyline visible in the distance. Room was clean and neat and everything worked. Safe available. Fridge was stocked with beer, soft drinks and water. Simple and uncomplicated. Scooters available for hire from the property for 300 baht. My wife was sold 3 bottles of water for 47 baht in the evening and the next morning I ended up having to buy 1 bottle with 30 baht. Weird.

Great location only a 2/3 min walk from the ferry port. The rooms were well equipped, big comfortable bed, spacious, air-con and little things that make a difference hairdryer etc. Staff were great room cleaned, fresh towels and toiletries. Thank Nothing

The staff is not that friendly, not willing to interact with their guests, wifi was not working and the signal was vert weak. The supervisor was nice though.
