location I think this place has a lot of potential, but the customer service could be improved by hiring more professional staff, especially around the facility. For example, the service at the bar counter was disappointing. When I asked to buy a beer or get a pool towel, the staff were not friendly. They didn't smile or greet customers, and their attitude made me feel like I was bothering them. Good customer service is an important part of the overall experience. If the management wants to encourage repeat customers, I recommend providing customer service training for the staff. A simple smile, a friendly greeting, and a welcoming attitude would make a big difference. I will be coming back to the area, but I will not be staying at this property again because of the poor customer service.

The breakfast was very very very basic - hot dishes were cold and eggs runny. We actually went up the road to eat as the food was not acceptable. Coffee shop doesn't open until 9am - but then takes 30 mins to heat up the coffee machine

Beautiful location and nice facilities. Has everything that could make it a 5 star experience. Unfortunately they play extremely loud music all day, which ruined what we thought would be a relaxing family holiday. Only reason we will not return.

The location was really good, right on the beach, with beautiful view from the room. The room was spacious, clean and a nice touch with the jacuzzi on the balcony. The loud, intense music every night was over the top. This made it hard to sleep and relax. Should have more sound proofing and/or lower the music. After the music and shows during the evening., there was also a lot of noise when they cleaned up and removed the stage etc. The breakfast was quite sad - there was a few slices of ham, loaf and fried egg. We stopped eating breakfast there after the first day. There was also some communication issues with the staff - they were sweet, but it made it hard to ask for things on different occasions. We ended up using Google translate the times we really needed to.

Good location. Place to wash feet when returning from the beach. Nice view. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub on the outside balcony with view of the beach Limited selection for breakfast (small hotel) , no fresh coffee. Dinner at hotel beach and waited a long time.

I love the location on the Beach and a beautiful view. Was allowed an early check in. The Breakfast was as good as I hoped it would be. They picked us up on arrival and dropped off for departure. The nightly price is very expensive.

Considering a 3 star rating the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The service at the bar could have been a bit more energetic.

The location was good. Food and beverage was OK. I was told to call the property to get a lift to the hotel but had to catch a taxi to within a few hundred meters before the hotel's transport was available. There was no hot water to the wash hand basin in the room. The door to the room could not be locked upon leaving the room.

Nothing. Dirty and dark room with small window overlooking dirty washing. I have seen better bathrooms in documentaries about Thai prisons. Looked at the room and just walked out. Staff clearly had no intention to give any kind of refund.
