Staff doesn't know English. Room service wasn't done on 2nd day and have to call and wait outside for room service to be done. No water was provided on 2nd day. Rooms are very small with no view. And light given was very less.

Room was very dirty (used bandage stuck to the wall by the bed) and poorly maintained (various broken boards and boarded up window that was not sealed). The staff do not speak English and did not try to communicate even when we used a translation app.
