We had a wonderful time at Castello Resort. The place was spotlessly clean, and the delicious breakfast was a perfect start to the day. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend! When asked what we didn't like, our honest answer is nothing—everything was good! We highly recommend Castello Resort for a pleasant and comfortable vacation.

The breakfast very good (buffet style) and the location is very convenient if you don’t ride motorbike, you can go by foot the pier (8 min) and Ta Yai beach (15 min). My parents are 68 years old and they walked it easily. The check in is until 19:30 (very early), no one really reminds about that and if you don’t reach the hotel before that time it can be a hustle. The hotel request 500baht of deposit for the key (I had no idea), little inconvenient considering I want to use the money on other things.

We had issues with room, and they promptly came to do the repairing. The breakfast was a bit overlooked. They seemed to put out food at 6 or 7AM in the morning and just leave it there without a warming system or a hood so that when we went downstairs at 9AM it was cold and really not attended. We ended up not having breakfast at the hotel.

The brekkie was diverse and self serve which I appreciated to my start of the day. The offered to pick us up/drop us off at the pier too which was a plus. The room felt clean and I liked the design and architecture of the hotel inside and out. It was a little far from the main square. Other than that no complaints!

Good Location,Breakfast is Okay ,Quiet Place. We arrived there for Check in but the staff was on the phone keep talking and not pay attention to us even eyes contact to wait.Another staff friendly welcome and help for check in for us ,offer us for drop off service upon check out.i guess she is the same person who checked in with me. I paid additional for drip coffee because they serve ready made coffee pack.

This is a great little spot on Koh Laan. I really enjoyed my stay. The room felt very nice. It was private and it had its own bathroom. The buffet breakfast was super tasty and very convenient. The staff were extra friendly. It was easy to walk from the pier to the resort. Nothing
