Close to the beach but high price for the standard Behind all and very outdated for the price

Hot water didn't work for the shower

Close by the beach, clean, & had complimentary water l, coffee and snacks.

The room was clean in. The house was very friendly. Local to everything I needed.

Location

Value for money. It was what I thought so I can't complain.

At least the room was clean. For the multi-thousand baht price being charged for this room, hot water is a basic expectation. We woke up without hot water. Yes, the manager came up and fixed it after I got dressed in yesterday's clothes and went downstairs to get him. But the fact is he knows the water heater is flaky and I happen to know (because I own the same model) this heater unit costs about the same as one night stay in the same room, so the manager ought to simply replace it. I also missed breakfast because of all the time I spent messing with circuit breakers, looking for hidden switches, etc. to reset the hot water before getting dressed again to go get the manager. Like another guest wrote, you can feel the springs in the mattress so the bed is uncomfortable. The location is not waterfront since the sea view includes other buildings between the room and the sea, and you have to take a side road from the waterfront road to get to the hotel. There was free parking for motorbikes on this side road but I didn't see any spaces for parking a car.

Bathroom was excellent style wet room, couldn’t work out the hot water shower unit. Were very close to the beach, but no view The buffet style breakfast was poor for western taste, went to very nearby restaurant for breakfast, my Thai girlfriend was happy which the buffet provided which mainly consisted of cup noodles

Good bedroom space, good location, cheap direct motorcycle hiring. the toilet and shower area was cramped, breakfast was pot noodles or pot rice soup, TV had one movie channel in Thai, and the rest was well,

Clean good location Bed was uncomfortable. Small room. Expensive for what it is.

The location was perfect. Room was very clean.The couple that were in charge of place, they were great. Now, that’s all my opinion. The place was located right on the Tawaen beach. Tien beach was beautiful and it only few minutes away by bath bus. None
