The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Location Refund request logged under the Ticket ID #1219972492 by OYO. Staff was not polite. Guest decided to check out immediately after the check in, as the hotel and staff was below average. Not showing justice to the review in booking.com. The guest was charged additional Rs300 for an early check in. As the guest found place unsatisfactory decided to check out immediately after the early check in was done. Check out was done immediately even before the original check in time. Requested for a refund and staff denied. Guest checked in to a nearby hotel for the same day. Several emails and correspondence was done with property and OYO requesting for refund and nothing positive. Appreciate an immediate assistance into the refund.
