Blue Lagoon City Hotel

Room was spacious and a decent size balcony. Staff was kind and helpful. Location of the hotel was great. Breakfast would have been better with more quality products. Fruit, cheese selection were not delicious.

The facilities are new, the rooms are spacious, breakfast has lots of options and the location is central yet quiet. The room has a nice balcony to enjoy the view of the mountains. The room has one small window which while protects from the heat also makes the room a bit dark

Everything Everything was great

Great location within a 5–15 minute walk of the old town and the port. The rooms are clean and feature balconies, with twin sinks,separate toilets and shower, I especially liked the room design.it was very comfortable and spacious. Although the pool area is a bit small, this is understandable given the hotel’s central location. The cocktails, as well as the non-alcoholic cocktails, were well made. The breakfast selection is limited, but it was good enough. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is also a mini market beside. If you first time travel kos, look around close to old town , beaches and pool relax , it's a perfect choice

The location is central and close to the ferry port The photos on Booking.com clearly showed a proper bathroom, but the room I got had nothing to do with them. The sink was right next to the bed, and the "bathroom" had the shower next to the toilet with no separation of any kind. Every time you showered, the entire space got soaked, including the toilet. That meant getting wet just to use the toilet throughout the night. When we raised this, the response was simply that they "have different types of rooms." If that's the case, they either need to show accurate photos or provide the room that was actually advertised. Otherwise it's misleading at best. On top of that, the room had a persistent bad smell, either the air conditioning filter hadn't been cleaned or there was mold somewhere. Overall a poor experience, and not what was promised in the listing.

Everything was great! The stuff, breakfast etc.. highly recommened. Ioanna who works at breakfast salon hugged my wife and she told me “care about your wife”. All workers were really helpful and friendly. Ionna, Hossam amd others thank you for the everything ?? The rooms were clean and smell good. Wish to stay more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly reccomented Everything was great ?

Location, clean, staff

The staff were lovely, so pleasant, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort . In particular Michael , Georgana and Ioanna, petite lady with red hair. I think that’s her name. They were all amazing . Nothing

Clean and spacious rooms. New and well-maintained furniture. Above-average breakfast. Great location near the city center. Pool is a bit small.

Beautiful rooms , very clean , staff lovely and great location Lots of towel’s around pool could not get a sun bed, annoying as no one sitting on towels for long periods of time

The room was spacious. The location was superb . The breakfast was very good . Staff were helpful. The location was close to the ild town and the pier, but away from the noise. Which made it a perfect location. There was a going on noise from i think laundry machine in staff room that was close to my room which would wake me up in the middle of the night. That was the only reason that i did not give a perfect score to this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The shower is very good and relaxing, as well as the indoor swimming pool The gym is small but very well equipped I missed an auto coffee machine (during breakfast time) so we could serve ourselves (and to have more options like capuccino, for example)

Great hotel. Excellent front of staff, good rooms, solid breakfast. It would be hard to think of any dislikes.

Despite arriving early, the room was ready in advance. really good breakfast .Mosquitoes blocking screen on the doors/windows so you can leave them opened. It is a short walk to the port and the long avenue with all the pubs/restaurants along the beach. Outside a bit noisy during the day.

The bedroom was huge, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive in its choices. The pool was a lot bigger than the photos show - about 18 - 20 m long so a good swim distance. Nothing really
