Staff was very helpful and always with a smile! Perfect location

We recently stayed at Sunstone Hotel in Kos for a weekend getaway from Friday to Sunday, and honestly, those two days turned into one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever had as a couple. From the moment we arrived, we were made feel so welcome, and the kindness and hospitality we experienced were absolutely exceptional. Before our trip, I mentioned that we were celebrating our two-year anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. A huge thank you to Olga, the manager, who kindly arranged a complimentary day pass for us to their sister hotel Kipriotis Maris , such an unexpected and thoughtful surprise that completely made our trip. The sister hotel experience was phenomenal. It was all-inclusive, with amazing food and drinks throughout the day, beautiful pools to relax and swim in, entertainment and activities, and such a fun atmosphere. There was even a shop onsite where you could buy swimwear or essentials if needed, which was so convenient. We met Taylor and Mercy from the animation team while playing beer pong, and they made the day so much fun for us. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. As tourists visiting from Ireland, we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Even though we only had a short time in Kos, it completely opened our eyes to how beautiful Greece really is. The food, the people, the atmosphere — everything was incredible. Kos is highly underrated and deserves so much more recognition as a holiday destination. Sunstone Hotel made our anniversary so special, and we will always remember the care and effort the staff put into making our stay unforgettable. We genuinely cannot recommend this hotel enough, along with their amazing sister hotel. Thank you again to Olga and the entire team for your kindness, generosity, and hospitality. We left wishing we had booked longer — and as a young couple, we can confidently say we will 100% be back to Greece again soon! Loved everything

I didn’t like how close each room was

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location and cleanliness were excellent, and the staff were respectful. The breakfast was plentiful and rich, like a five-star hotel. Its location right on the beach and close to everything is another reason to stay here again when I visit Kos Island. The hotel manager, Olga, is a very attentive, hardworking, and excellent manager. All the reception staff are very helpful. I had a wonderful holiday. Thank you all so much. I also have to mention the spinach pastry for breakfast; in fact, everything was delicious. ???

Während meines Aufenthaltes habe ich im Hotel viele Mängel und Probleme festgestellt und klären müssen. Sie betrafen die Sauberkeit, die Organisation, den Service, das Feeling.

Το πρωινό περιορισμένο με μικρή ποικιλία επιλογών, ωστόσο ικανοποιητικό. Το δωμάτιο εάν και γενικότερα αρκετά στενό, ήταν μοντέρνο και σε αρκετά καλή κατάσταση. Ωστόσο, το μπάνιο ήταν εντυπωσιακά μικρό, στενό και άβολο. Πολύ μικρή ντουζιέρα όπου με δυσκολία χωρούσες, χωρίς ελευθερία κινήσεων και με την κουρτίνα να μην κρατάει καθόλου τα νερά μέσα έχοντας σαν αποτέλεσμα όλος ο χώρος να γίνεται μούσκεμα. Επιπλέον, θα περίμενε κανείς καλύτερη ηχομόνωση από ενός τέτοιου επιπέδου ξενοδοχείο ή τουλάχιστον λιγότερη φασαρία το πρωί στον όροφο από τις καθαρίστριες. Τέλος, θα ήθελα να τονίσω ότι εάν και αναφέρεται 24ωρη υπηρεσία υποδοχής (reception), τις βραδινές-μεταμεσονύκτιες ώρες δεν παρατηρούσες κανέναν στο πόστο του.

Excellent location-only few meters from the center. Not so clean rooms,great disadvantage the tiny bathroom, especially the shower. Limited quantity of breakfast, empty trays near the end of the time of breakfast. During the night the receptionist was absent.

Breakfast was quite limited, without the existence of a natural juice or even water. Furthermore quite impressive, in a bad way, was the capability of the staff to pack everything minutes before the end of the breakfast time. For example if you go a quarter before the end of the breakfast there is almost nothing in the trays and there is no intention for refill for the rest of the hotel residents. Regarding the rooms, big disadvantage was the bathroom that was really tiny and narrow, especially the shower. In order to fit in there, you should be tiny and without making any movements because the structure and the curtain weren’t able to hold the water inside and everything around were quite messy and full of water. Finally, one more fact to conclude that the hotel suffers from a very lousy soundproofing.

Good location. The rooms are average.

Fancy from outside poor from the inside. Very very poor breakfast (one type of cheese and one type of salami) very tasteless. Also be aware of thieves. We have fotgottenour beach towels in the room after cheking out. We have return to the hotel after few hours thinking that we could collect our towels. The receptionist was not helpful, said there was nothing reported to him. Hence they stole our towels

spent 2 nights here after staying on another island.The bathroom was very small, shower space very small.We asked to keep our room longer which we did at no extra charge which we didn't expect !!

Rooms are old looking and bathroom is really small.You cannot take shower normally,no cabin nor proper curtain so water goes everywhere ! No chance to stay again:(

Beds very hard. Hotel room needs some tlc but overall fairly clean and modern. Breakfast was vast. Good location for going into kos town and 20 minutes from the main beach.

Close to the center without being directly in the middle of everything. Tons of restaurants and bars very close by. We had the sea view room, and the only complaint was that the street below was really noisy. Maybe rooms on the side or back would be quieter. Good breakfast. Street is in front of the hotel and sea is across the street.

Varhainen aamiainen on ekstraa...

A very modern - all horizontal and vertical - trendy design hotel, right on the beachfront, waterfront. Elevator, view, splendidly tuned, worthy of a much more expensive hotel. Very rich, varied buffet breakfast, corteous, most helpful staff, speaking very good English, highly recommended.

Good view from the balcony. Clean and tidy room. Service was good.

Value for money hotel. The view of the harbour is excellent. Service and breakfasts were very good.
