Captain's Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great, everything was within a 5 to 10-minute walk. It is a really good hotel for short stays. Would definitely recommend! Nothing

extremely loud, very thin walls, you can hear everything so it’s impossible to sleep especially in the morning

Very very old mattress with a lot of human stains on it, human stains also on bedsheets and pillow cases and human hair on the bed in the first room given. Also bad smell. Refused to stay in that room. We asked for another room. Also bedsheets had stains after we inspected, finally decided to stay there after cleaner bedsheets. Poor breakfast permitted until 09:00.

Wi-Fi provides only a limited access: most websites and services are blocked. Rooms not cleaned well, mediocre bathroom.

Fridge and aircon worked Lousy room booked a double got a twin share very noisy all through the night breakfast was dreadful

The location was perfect, close to everything and very well connected. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming and always helpful. The pool was very clean and nice as well. wifi was "connected" but really didn't work and the doors were very thin, I could hear the people across the hall from me partying all night until 3am every night

Decent sized pool albeit busy as sharing with another hotel Room small and very dated. Poor quality breakfast

The room was spacious, and the pool facilities were great. Great location, easy walk in to town, simple breakfast. The rooms were not very sounds proof and unfortunately both nights I was woken by people coming home at different times and being very loud (though this is probably not the properties fault)

Near the port. We booked it as it offered breakfast but this was awful, it had said fruit and yogurt but it was tined fruit, dilute orange juice terrible coffee and just less than basic. Also the springs were sticking out of the mattress. So not a great sleep.

The hotel was great, good location and fantastic pool It would be great to renovate the furniture

The rooms were super clean, everyday cleaning and new towels. Location was also great, near to everything. Free parking on the street. Small shower and modest breakfast, bad isolation in rooms, but if you just sleep in a hotel, it's perfect match of price and what you get.

Breakfast basic continental but tasty. Pool good with sunbeds. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant over the road exceptional, steak very tasty. We ticked for a a double bed on booking.com, unfortunately none were available, the hotel did it's best by pushing 2 singles together. We should not have been able to tick for double bed if none were available.

staff were exceptionally friendly. we will be back.quiet area but so close to centre. 15 mins max walk from Kos ferry port. I didn't book enough nights!!! everything was perfect

We didn’t . Brings you back to 1970 s Rooms are bad , bed is from 1970 s, no place to put your suitcase. Room was too small. And full of sand . It wasn’t clean properly.
