we booked the Penthouse apartment with the lift. New with luxurious design , clean spacious with private jucuzzi with sea view . very relaxing stay at rooftop terrace, full equipped,Great location just 2 mins walk to the ferry port , 8-10 mins walk to old town . the apartment facing a lot of restaurants and beach. thank you Ms kallia was very helpful whenever we need . She reply very quickly , and the very nice housekeeper, highly recommended Nothing

There is no parking on the property, although we never had an issue finding a parking space nearby. The two-bedroom option does not have a sitting area besides the kitchen table.

Everything is brand new. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Great location close to the port but also quiet. Nothing

Exceptional

We stayed in the top floor Hot Tub suite at Porto Perla and it was beautiful, private, and conveniently located. The bed was really comfortable and thought went into the design with light switches right next to the bed and convenient vanity area. Nothing! We saw some comments about parking and feared the worst but it wasn’t that bad to find parking when we needed it.

i liked the location, but i was a bit disappointet because the picture shown in Booking.com was the balcony overlooking the ocean. on the floor we were we could barely see the ocean. Also for a family a living room type of area was missing The Staff, incredible fast in responding and very flexible

It was squeaky clean brand new Modern. They did not have any cutting knives or chopping boards for preparing food in the kitchen, and it was a little tricky to work the stove technically. Location was second to none except that on the advertising they had pictures of a waterfront view, which were actually from the restaurant across the road. It looked like it was a rudder front room, but it turned out to be right on the road, which was noisy but quieter in the evening and the doors were very soundproof, so it worked out OK The host who greeted us was excellent Lighting supplies in terms of garbage bags, cutting knives, and cutting boards Right on the road, so in the middle of traffic

The hotel was in the city center and very close to the restaurant, cafes and beaches. Giana was very kind with us and interested with every need of us. Our apartment was perfect with the clean rooms and luxurous design. Thank you for everything, and waiting for next year to come and stay longer.

The hotel is brand new, impeccably clean, and nicely decorated. My suite was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is an easy walk to everything in Kos town. The air conditioning worked very well during the hot Kos summer.

Everything! Brand new. Attention to detail. Super cleanliness. Daily cleaning. Views. Balconies for the two bedroom unit. Complimentary fruits, coffee, wine and water. Security. Possibly parking if you have a rental car since one has to drive around maybe 20 minutes to find a spot to park. Not a big deal since one will find parking eventually...

We had the Maestro room. Great and spacious private terrace with a beautiful view. And a private jacuzzi. Room is nice and clean. Location is great. Right next to the port. And close to many great restaurants and bars Gianna was very helpful and a great host

Perfect location, little bit noisy but close in middle of the attractions. Everyhing inside and the apartment itself are new. I think in terms of decoration and design, Porto Perla is one of the bests that you can find in Kos. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The accomodation was stunning!! Everything was clean and looked completely new and modern, but at the same time we instantly felt like we are home bacuse of the way it is designed!! The staff were super helpful and nice and even surprised us with a birthday gift. Location is also great and near many coffee and breakfast places. Warmly recommend :)

It was brand new, very clean and chic. The location was the best! But I’d like to specially thank Gianna, who welcomed us and helped us about everything during our stay. She’s the kindest, friendliest and the most helpful hotel staff I’ve ever seen! Thank you so much for making our vacation this unique!
