Great location, the park is amazing. We didnt reserved breakfest in Booking.com, but thay told us, we can pay in the Hotel olso. Suprise was, by booking was 38 Zl/person, in the Hotel 45 Zl. Same price for the Kids. Plant milk was available only 1 day, thay sad its ran out. So we couldnt drink caffe. 2 adoulds 2 kids 200 zl for breakfast, its 47.04 Eur!!! To pricey!

Breakfast was good, with local varieties of food. Hotel location is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open only until 18:00, rather pricy. Rooms for some strange reasons were not cleaned during our stay, only the towels were exchanged for fresh ones.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, nice room with double bed, beautiful views. Many choices for breakfast for non vegetarian people. Also we got a discount for thermal baths center which was very pleasant :-) For breakfast it was not enough vegetarian choices. My boyfriend had almost nothing to choose from.. And restaurant works only till 6.30 pm so almost no chances for dinner( Also during 4 days of our stay the room was not cleaned and I had to ask at reception to change our towels. Location is a bit far from Zakopane so we had to take the bus all the time. But for people with car that will not be a problem.

Beautiful architecture and nice spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Spacious car park. Very good breakfast. Location is good just outside zakopane - short drive by car. Rooms were not cleaned / beds not made. They just give you a small soap and a small shampoo per person. So...get your own stuff. The car park was like an ice skating ring. It was very dangerous both for cars and people walking to their car. I seriously suggest the management to take action and remove the ice before someone gets hurt

The location is very good and staff were with a good attitude.? There was dead bird on the balcony. Another balcony had cigarette butts all over the place. Bed mattresses and pillows were terrible. Can't really sleep well. In overall it did not meet our expectations ?
