The breakfast was great: very varied selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sauages, bread, cheeses, ham, cereals, fruit, nuts, juices, tea, coffee etc. - I did not like the loud music playing non-stop in the restaurant and corridors. - I did not like, that the receptionist told us that parking on the hotels ground was free and then at checkout they tried to charge us quite a big summ compared to other parking slots.

Modern, stylish hotel in a good location It's absolutely not ergonomic design. There is no coat rack at the entrance to the room, so you need to put your clothes to the floor or go in the boots to the closet. The closet is too small. Any space for boots in the room. We lived in the 4th house and should go to the spa through cold parking. In the spa, there is no changing room, you should change clothes in the toilet. In the spa it was rather chilly and not very warm in the room either. Breakfast wasn't varied.

Excellent hotel! Breakfasts are delicious and varied. The spa area was a great surprise—a large pool and jacuzzi. I would like to mention the lifeguard and worker Vova separately. He was very polite and professionally prepared a dry sauna for us! I am sure that we will return to this wonderful hotel. The room was not cleaned for 4 days.

Staff is very kind, but has really poor english. Food was very good. Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was really uncomfortable ? Wellness was smaller than expected. They should clean the outside parking place, because it was full of ice, when you get out of the car it was quite difficult to walk on the road, it was so slippery.

The views of the Tatra Mountains from the Gubałówka area are breathtaking. However, you need to leave the hotel to fully enjoy them. It’s a great starting point for beautiful hiking trails. Yes, the buildings are quite new. The interior is quite tasteful, but you can often notice signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately, we expected a little bit more from a hotel with a rating of 9. Breakfast: standard; Dinner: below average; room cleaning only upon request a day in advance; parking for an extra fee; the surroundings were incredibly overcrowded (yes, we stayed here from December 27th to 30th); Comfort rooms are suitable for a maximum of two people, lack of storage space; if you use an extra bed, it’s impossible to use the room for anything other than lying down.

It is great that the restaurant, the wellness were underground. The dishes, the room and the personal was amazing. We are satisfied.

Room was very small, couldn't open the bathroom door properly as was next to a bed. It was like half meter between the bad and the bathroom.

Clean room, nice wellness. The staff had zero ability to speak English. Woman at the reception wasn’t able to pronounce the number of our room. The restaurant was poorly supplied, at least two meals we picked were not available. In the end we got a completely different meal from the one we ordered..

Room was spacious, pool wasn't crowded. Location was very nice with great views (not from our room though). Breakfast had decent options. The sleep couch had extremely thin mattress (would recommend only for small kids). Breakfast room was in the basement (no view, no sunlight) and when it got busy a lot of stuff (knives, plates) was missing during the roughly 15 mins we spent at the breakfast. Floor in our room looked a bit dated (lot of scratches).

The arabic kids upstairs kept running around being loud and rowdy until about 1am. Staff didn’t do anything. Also shampoo and other toiletries were missing in my room. The pillows that they gave me were extremely uncomfortable and caused a severe neck pain the next morning. All the rude arabic people everywhere being loud, the pool was packed with people, one couple hogged the jacuzzi for two hours straight.

The location was great, very close to the hill (Gopbaofka), and the view was very nice. It has a beautiful balcony and a comfortable garage. The Sauna is mixed between men and women which is not acceptable. Some of the receptionists had very poor English language and were difficult to communicate in addition, they did not have a good housekeeping service. We left our roome early and came back in the evening without cleaning, when we asked for them, they said already left home.

The location is excellent. Near to the most important tourist attractions in Zakopany. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The wellness center is very good. Nothing major
