Czuliśmy się jak w domu ☺️ Super hotel na wypoczynek z smacznym śniadaniem i pięknymi widokami z okna. Kawa z ekspresu bardzo dobra. Bardzo dobry kontakt w razie pytań przed przyjazdem. Przyjemna atmosfera na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy :) Podobała nam się również muzyka w tle z polskimi piosenkami i dostęp do gazet.

Almost nothing, maybe this hotel can be good for families. Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we first arrived, we were given a room on the ground floor that was nothing like the one we had booked. When we requested a room change, the staff seemed annoyed and gave us unpleasant looks. After switching to our original room, we found it to be far from satisfactory. The bathroom was not clean, the beds were not properly maintained, and the room was extremely small. The biggest issue was the temperature — the room was freezing cold. It was so cold at night that I woke up due to the discomfort. On top of that, there was no soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear the TV from the neighboring rooms and even the sound of people walking in the corridor. It was extremely disruptive, especially since the hotel was full of children, making it excessively noisy. The jacuzzi was decent but could only accommodate three people at most. Similarly, the pool was quite small, making it impractical for use. For a hotel of this size, the amenities were severely lacking. We had read good reviews about the breakfast, but it turned out to be very basic and ordinary. Additionally, upon arrival, there was no one at the reception, and we had to wait outside in the cold for about 20 minutes. Throughout our stay, the reception was frequently unattended, which made everything even more inconvenient. We decided to leave one day earlier than planned, and during the day, we tried five times to return the key, but the reception remained empty. Eventually, we had to call the hotel and leave the key at the reception desk ourselves. The staff didn’t even ask why we were leaving early and ended the call abruptly. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was, by far, my worst experience on Booking.com. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is quite place, with a lovely spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna) with convenient transport to all hiking trails and other attractions. I was alone and it was great that the price wasn't calculated for 2 people. Mattress was way to soft - it was uncomfortable to sleep.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Willa Baciarka. Our room was spotless and had a good view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't try the swimming pool, but it looked good. There was enough parking space for our car, but I guess that when the hotel is full it might be more difficult to park a larger car (e.g., an SUV). We would recommend the place to anyone going to the Tatra mountain range.

Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. We left the room for 12 hours and expected to come back to a room with fresh linens and fresh towels but nothing was done. The front desk person didn’t tell us that we had to checkout by 10 until it was 9:50. It would have been nice if there was an English write up with this information. The tv could not hook up to my Netflix account and the tb in my sons’ room was very old. Thankfully with my rudimentary Polish I was able to read enough info on my tv to get the WiFi password.

The facilities are just overwhelming! Very chilled place to stay. Never seen such a complete wellness center. Next to that there is also a lot of things to do like playing pool, ping pong or foosball. Everything is just there to have an amazing time, even if you decide to just stay at the accommodation the whole day. Furthermore, the breakfast was also great! A lot of tasteful options. It doesn’t get boring if you stay multiple days. Last but not least, very friendly staff! The bed was too soft to our liking. But, that’s a matter of taste and we also haven’t mentioned it to the owners during our stay. So that’s up to us

Appartments was very good. Host was very friendly. He help us with late check-in and help with late checkout. As for me everything was very good. View from the window was nice :-) Free parking I can't say any bad things.

- SPA is definitely a great option to come - good parking - rich variety on breakfast - views from balcony are enjoyable - child-friendly - outdated facilities in bathroom, really poor water pressure - not enough choice of pillows :)
