This listing is not current. After booking, I arrived to be told the hotel is now called travellers inn and cost is double what I had booked for here. Not current, will not recognise your booking

None I already made full pay when booking rm85 for family room, when arrived at the property the owner (chinese aunty) ask us to topup rm75 more. She mention that they no more do a bussiness under OYO and the price offer by OYO risking her business and she cannot made profit. We felt so annoying with the treatment and feeling cheated. They ask us to transfer to account Muhammad Azuwanni owner Travellers Inn Hotel as photo attached. How come a property charged extra to the customers when they already full paid through apps. The room provided is worst then our expectation. Wall fan not functioning, smelly bathroom, dirty linen, dusty floor and provided quilt cover without quilt.We need to pay double but that's all what we got.

We arrived at Thank Q Inn 2 to be told there were no rooms available, despite having a booking. We are traveling by bicycle and were taken to another hotel several km away. There was no clean room here so we sat whilst one was made up for us but the bathroom was not clean. Overall terrible experience.

nothing the room price didnt match the booking price. Tenant make unreasonable room change upon arrival. And told us that the rate need to be adjust due to pick season. They deceived us by advertise cheap price in booking.com. Also, I think tenant are also living in the house which really make us feel so uncomfortable with their movement around the rent house/room.

Pleasant as I only need a place to sleep. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This place suitable for solo traveller and for family with small budget. Credit for the parking provided. Quite a safe place. The room booked not available so you need to choose other room with the risk of you need to add on an amount of money and pay differently from the stated booking price. If you are lucky the owner may in mood for negotiation. But for traveller with tight budget it is a hassle.
