The staff is very friendly and 1 housekeeping lady gave me sanitary pad when suddenly I need it. A very good person.

Good location with many local food/coffee shops nearby. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and helped arrange cheap shuttle transportation to and from. Convenient and would stay again, thanks!

* the room has no windows, so it has that deep old mold smell, also it stinks of cigarrete since 99% of malay smoke and in a room without window the smell of cigarrete stays impregnated forever * no elevator * at 8h30 am there was someone from hotel HAMMERING SOMETHING... it is absurdelly stupid in hospitallity business someone to decide do this sort of work so early * shower is too small

tv not functional, other than that everything was okay and i think they should let know we might get room at 2nd floor. I need to climb up the stairs but still okay.

Television couldnt open. Sejadah not provided. No water heater for drinks. Iron outside the room.

No access for wheelchair as there is no lift. Bed was also not so comfortable as there's some part of the bed springs are hardened and some are too soft.. We faced problems with the bed springs.. But survived through the night.
