The location is excellent. The river facing rooms are nice. The staff are very polite and friendly. The beds need to be replace. The rooms require to open for fresh airflow after check out to remove stale air.

Location & river view I felt over paid for this stay. From RM196.20 as what booking.com info it goes up to RM215.90 plus another RM10 for the parking(2 days) Upon entering the room there's a strong ciggerete smell. The workers sprayed something but it doesnt last that long

All is good. Spacious for family room. They didn't clean up my room even though I stayed for 2 nights. I didn't put DND at my door. I didn't know that I needed to request it because usually, for a 2-night stay, the housekeeping will clean up my room without asking.
