Helpful staff. The sheets had obviously been washed but they were stained and worn out. The mattress and mattress cover were filthy.

+Friendly, welcoming staff (especially the young woman at the front desk during the day) with good English speaking skills. +Stayed for 12 nights. Easy check-in and check-out process but a 100 MYR deposit required.. A good central location for getting around town by foot or using rideshare. +Staff at entrance for security at night to enter the building +AC worked fairly well but took awhile to cool the room at the end of the day when returning. Satisfactory number of outlets and good night time lighting in the room and bathroom, kettle and refrigerator in room. +Rooms were definitely on the small side with a window that opens but comfortable. Cleaning was upon request. +Wifi coverage struggled at times but moving to different areas of the room gave better results but not often convenient. +Good sized bathroom with separate shower and good water pressure in shower w/hot water +Comfortable large bed +Lift +Many places nearby to eat and a grocery store within walking distance for supplies +Overall I found it to be a good value for the money for a budget hotel -Some rather odd smells at times both in the room and in the hallway (smelled like someone on the floor was smoking in their room). -Outside noise could be an issue at times, but mostly quiet during sleeping hours. Couldn’t really hear noise from other rooms mostly just when people were in the hall way not being aware of their voice level at night (get that pretty much everywhere with indoor access)

I appreciated the hospitality and the convenient location of the property, which made getting around very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and the check-in process was smooth. The property has a very strict check-out policy with no grace period. I requested a short extension of 10–15 minutes but was declined. Additionally, the rooms are not very soundproof, and I could hear intimate activities from neighboring guests

Clean room. Good location nearby bank and eateries. Has safe box, small fridge, dryer and kettle inside the room. I like the backlight behind the bed. Staff also friendly. Overall good experience. WiFi is not good. Keep disconnecting. Room is small but for one person ok. Cupboard doors difficult to open and not enough hangers to hand clothes and too high to reach.
