Very clean room, nice staff. The ac worked perfectly fine. The shower could be a little more comfortable to use. Kinda hard to find, sketchy surroundings

Non We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 AM after a delayed flight, exhausted and hoping for nothing more than to get our room key and finally rest. Instead, we spent an entire hour (!) arguing with the receptionist about the price, which did not match our reservation. To make matters worse, the staff barely spoke English, making the whole situation feel like a bad joke. When we finally got our key and entered the room, we were greeted with another unpleasant surprise – there was no running water. Not a single drop. After another 30 minutes of "problem-solving," the staff finally managed to fix it, but by that point, our patience was long gone. As for the room itself? An absolute disaster. Peeling walls, worn-out furniture, and an overall feeling that the place hadn’t been updated in decades. Calling it "comfortable" would be an insult to the word. This hotel seriously needs to improve its professionalism, communication, and, above all, the basic conditions for a proper stay. When someone books accommodation, they expect at the very least, to get what they paid for without having to negotiate basic things like the correct price or access to running water in the middle of the night. This was an experience I would never recommend to anyone. If you don’t want to spend your night at reception arguing over the price and then dealing with a non-functional room, avoid this place at all costs!
