Clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for a family. Close by to boats to visit the islands

Unable to have access to the gym. Would need to go to the reception to ask for access first before going there. The room was okay but there was a power outage during the stay and there were guests stuck in the elevator

The property is strategically located. There is no car park for guests.

Pretty decent breakfast and plenty to choose from. Easy to walk into Town and we loved the pool and it's Sunsets. One minor gripe, someone had clipped their toenails in between pool and Cafe up top, still there 2 days later!!

Location. First night the Aircond malfunction . And was 11pm we asked for room upgrading but the staff just mentioned. U need to pay … and no choice we have to pack everything in the late night and move to other rooms. The facilities are quite old … toilet was too narrow the shower head holder was loosen already

Bed mattress quality is good ?? Room with city n sea view is excellent?? Environmental friendly concept for towel usage is good?? No rubbish bin placed in the toilet. Water easily splashed out from bathroom, making the floor under sink wet all over. Tissue in the tissue box only given a few sheets

Location was good weird smelling toilets and bathrooms in the 3 room suite. Room was also dusty.

Staff hospitality and location The bathroom door gap is too big, the drain in the shower room is cloged. It flooded when i took a bath.

Breakfast lacks varieties of meat. Room, spacious for 2 bedroom suite. Location is ok but not sheltered drop off. The gym is simply a 3-bedroom suite converted into a spartan gym.

Excellent location that made exploring the area convenient Despite check-in being advertised at 3 PM, our room wasn't ready until 4 PM and only became available after we had to follow up with staff Parking situation is problematic - would strongly advise against booking if you're traveling by car

Superb location, fabulous staff, cleaned every day and in spite of some rubbish I have read the breakfast choices are unbelievable, sure not everyone wants curry for breakfast but there is something for everyone! Higher levels without balconies the windows cannot be cleaned without huge expense!
