Love the hotel room decoration, antique and beautiful. Located in the middle of KK city. Walking distance to Gaya street night market.

Since the establishment is quite small, there is no lift available, which might not be very convenient for the elderly or people with disabilities.

No elevators, no teeth brushes, shower could not become hot

location only maybe value for the price, but i think other hotel that have same rate better than this hotel. not really clean clogged toilet aircond problem (not really cool) no lift (need to use stairs to go to the room, it’s inconvenient for us because we have luggage to bring upstairs)

Exceptional stay. My wife and I did an extremely early check-in due to an early flight. The gentleman who checked us in was very professional and kind. He did not charge us extra fees for an early check in. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very affordable.. Great stay and close to Center Point Mall Sabah. One of my wife's favorites. Hotel Kooler Inn is now my hotel of choice when vacationing in KK. Highly recommend ???? N/A. Everything was exceptional.

Two stays here, the first one was great, possibly due to it being rather empty, couldn't complain at all. The staff were very helpful, stored my bag while I travelled elsewhere. Second stay was only spoiled by a noisy man in the room upstairs, significant noise travelled down until v late.
