location is good, easy to access convenient stores and the laundry shop. Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. There were several power blackouts during our stay. We informed the staff, but no assistance was provided, and we had to fix the issue ourselves. The toilet pump was also not functioning, and despite informing the staff, no action was taken. We paid a RM100 deposit upon check-in. During check-out, the receptionist said the deposit could only be refunded by bank transfer after his shift ended at 3pm. I requested the refund immediately and was only given RM75, with a promise that the remaining RM25 would be transferred later. It has been 4 days since we checked out, and the balance has still not been returned. Poor service and unprofessional handling of guest issues.

The room area isn't suitable for elderly,need to use stairs/long walk to the room

Air conditioner little bit warm, floor feel like oily . Corridor have toilet smell. Staff is friendly & welcoming

please fix it in terms of the clothes iron, the drinking water heater, the cracked floor is dangerous, and it is not suitable for long stayers because there is no lift provided. You have to go up the stairs with a lot of stuff.

There was a cockroach crawling out at night. Clearly the room has not been cleaned properly.

Unfortunately, the staff is not really helpful. I asked for the floor mat after check in, but they just put on the reception table and asked me to bring it by myself. Lack of facilities: 1. TV is not working. 2. Towel is dirty and not suitable to use. 3. The cup is not enough ~ only provide one cup eventhough our room is suite room / family room. 4. All the way going to the room, there's a smoking smell. Please improve the hotel facilities. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist whom helped me to check in. Keep up with the good work. The place is strategic since it's located near CP which will take only 15mins walk. The hotel also provided water dispenser which is praiseful since I have a toddler. Pictures attached here in Booking.com aren't the same as what I saw when I entered the room I booked. The Tv aren't working. The ac is a bit old, thank god it's still working properly. The bathroom smell and got a cockroach running. No new soap and shampoo. Just the old ones that didn't topped up/changed. Hygiene is what I'm trying to point out. You can still see stains on the comforter and I was too afraid to even use the towels. Even the cup is dusty.

The location is ok.. but the facilities are very bad . For instance, the tv cannot switch on, the hair dryer is not functional, the clean of the room must be customers requests early..

2. The room was clean. 1. The check-in process: The receptionist told me that my room was not existing while chewing some gum (very impolite!)! The room needed to be cleaned by the time I arrived which required me to WAIT! I arrived at 3-4 PM, what do you mean the room is NOT ready?

The aircond inside our room was malfunctioning, but the problem solved by the staff was very late and slow. After several attempts asking for the solution, then only we were given a new room.

Our room is at level 3 but no lift. So we need to climb stairs and go through 1 connecting bridge.

The most unexpected was river view from... toilet window. It was crazy! Small clean comfy room at affordable price. Staff is friendly. After the night spent in Bako national park hostel the room in OYO was so comfy and pleasant :) Cold floor

The water pressure is too low, and the tv channel only got basic. My room is too far from lobby, need to take a long walk to go there.

Need to improve hygiene services .
