Location, Lockers, Price, Balcony Dirty entrance, someone urinated in the stairs and threw food and bones. No air freshener.

The staff is helpful, they have assisted me when my arrival or check-in time is late. Check-out is also very simple and easy. I was having my late-night snack at the back, and the floor, table, and chair were too dusty, sticky and dirty.

location is superb but i didnt have breakfast there, i saw there is self service small kitchen where we ca have coffee and tea for free a guy who sleeps next to our bed, which couldnot tolerate with abit of noise.

Actually due to the reconstruction event, they have reached out to me and my friend saying we got an 'upgrade' to the Signel Poshtel, which is a bit far away but closer to the Jetty and shopping mall area. It was indeed a great surprise to see the new hotel, POSH-Tel (some name like this) and the bed was so cozy, soft and with good privacy.

Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Good AC. Comfy bed. Very quiet most nights. Good sized locker. Card entry required for both building and room. The card entry locks to the rooms have those totally unnecessary very annoying beepers! The "lounge" area needs some good big comfy couches. That would be a huge improvement. The little shelves above the beds are great but they need to be supported underneath with a metal bracket. As they are they get a slant in them and things slide off the shelf onto your face.
