Property pretty good In the second day they did’n clean my room, even I already put the signed for clean my room. When I came back from conference I found my room was still dirty and messy. When I took breakfast, I already gave the kupon. But how could the staff when I starting to eat, she come and asking what is your room number, it was make me bad mood, I thought they consider me eat breakfast illegally.

The bathroom amenities could be improved, and the bathroom looks dated

Screaming guest across the hall at 10:30pm, dirty floor, weak staff.

The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main centre with its markets, sea front etc. Although the breakfast was good overall, as a westerner with a liking for bread with my breakfast, I thought the sliced white bread on offer was poor. The room was a bit short of storage space.

Convenient location, friendly staff

The service from the staff was really great! they were helpful, nice, and friendly. I also liked the location of the hotel - it's right in the middle of the city, and it was near to many places around in KK itself. The facilities: Could have been better and more upgraded (modern). 1. the wifi was really bad in the rooms. No connection at all even though connected. Which makes it very hard to work in the room. 2. The bath towels and bath mats are super old looking and not as white as the ones provided by hotels usually. 3. The AC in the room was quite warm. I asked the receptionist and they said that it's a centralized temperature; meaning the temperature is controlled from a centralized room downstairs not in the individual rooms. This makes it super inconvenient as everyone has different temperature setting preference and some, even different during the night and day. So it being warm, was very uncomfortable especially at nights when it's time to sleep. The temperature in the room was around 24 degrees (even with the ac at its lowest)! That's warm. 4. The plug points. There is only one main plug that isnt taken up (1 is taken up by the fridge) and another is taken up by the tv) for guests to use and that too, its neat the fridge and not near the table or bed. There is another plug point by the mirror/table that is an extension from the direct wall plug point, but it doesnt work well for all devices especially ones with higher voltage. So again, this makes it very hard to use multiple electronic devices at once especially for those travelling and need to work from the room. I would personally recommend staying at newer hotels with more modern facilities with the same price or even look at air bnbs with better facilities with the same price more or less.

Parking was limited

Room and toilet are clean, location very close to town and convenient for shopping and food. The route to this hotel that needs to go through some jam which is the only path to reach the hotel.

The staff were helpful, clean room Light in a room a bit dark and telephone not working, the slippers like a thin paper that you cannot even wear it. Towel too old and you can only watch local channels no cable or netflix its not a smart tv. And the pillow not confortable!

Location nearest airport, the room is spacious and clean The bathroom door lock was too old, can not open when want to go out

A range of fresh food available. Good location. Kind receptionists. Noises from construction sites within the hotel. Some cutlery missing from tables. Salad fork and spoon has not been provided leaving guest to figure out how to load salad using a tea spoon (at the egg preparation corner).
