Convenient location . Small scale It was being renovated downstairs, which was no big deal just bad timing. There was a roof leak. The shower was a wet scene.

No wardrobe for clothes. Room a bit small but still comfortable.

Staff hotel is very good, very helpful, and friendly. In addition, the hotel is in a very strategic location—it’s easy to find food, and the mall is also nearby, just within walking distance. -

The bathroom has just a sheet between the toilet and shower, very common in Malaysia but it makes it a bit messy with the water everywhere.

We stayed for 4 nights to this lovely hotel. This accommodation is very clean, the staff is very polite and is totally bug free, which is a big thing for kota kinabalu. The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfy and the air conditioning is very strong and well maintained so no clogged noses the morning! Special thanks to Mr Sha ( probably i misspelt the name). This gentleman was so polite and, with his positive attitude, always was there to help if a minor problem arise.Also, the place is literally by feet 2 mins from city centre/ night market, 5 mins from the port and the maul and is surrounded with many 24/7 convenient stores. I saw that they organised tours, cruises etc but we didn't do any so i don't have any more details about that. Great value for money. Nothing
