Esperides Resort Crete, The Authentic Experience is located in the center of the popular and traditional Koutouloufari Village, just 0.6 mi from Hersonissos. The resort is amphitheatrically built consisting of 15 buildings and 105 suites of various types and options as private hot tubs, private pools, sea view rooms and suites. The 3 elevators and the 2 airlifts provide comfortable access to all suites and public areas. The resort features 3 main pools which are heated during specific seasons: 01/04 - 15/5 and 26/9 - 5/11. The heated pools operate with a maximum water temperature of 26°C. Activity pool is not equipped with hydromassage. Next to the Activity pool there is a Kids pool. The Main Pool is only for adults. There is also a spa center of 100m2 and an open air mini gym corner. In the most central point of the resort, a guest relation team is taking care of all demands and requests of guests including excursions, car / moto rental and special occasions like honeymoon, anniversary, and birthday- packages. The staff went above and beyond to make sure you were happy and satisfied. Everyone there is super friendly and will accommodate you for whatever your needs are.

We had a very comfortable stay. The resort is not very big but the facilities are nice. The pool is warm. Towers and chairs are available. Food and drink were great.

A little bit of a hit and miss. Opening of the season after a sandstorm, we understand that the facilities were not wow. Staff at the reception not yet trained, and every request took very long. We opted for an upsell, which we paid for upon arrival, for a suite with jacuzzi on the terrace. We paid upon arrival but were then informed that due to the weather the jacuzzi could not be used. It would have been correct not to take the payment for the upgrade. Jacuzzi could have been used after the 2nd day but as it was full of sand and not cleaned, we still could not use it. Restaurant at breakfast was really good. Valet staff was nice as well as the restaurant staff.

The room and the facilities of the resort were exceptionally clean, the team was very kind and helpful, and the top pool with the bar was amazing. And a bonus is that they know how to make good cocktails which is always nice to have ? Nothing really

Very nice and kind staff. Even though we had a family tragedy and had to cut our stay short, the hotel refused to refund a partial/nominal payment.

Breakfast was good, good staff. Location far from the old town, services need time.(they send our luggage after 1h)

The staff is super friendly, the heated swimming pool is a big plus , the food quality is good . There is no privacy for the private pools. Breakfast is always the same
