Anana Ecological Resort Krabi

Very clean. There is currently construction behind the building, which we weren’t informed about in advance. It can be noisy at times. The breakfast was also quite basic, with limited options.

The rooms with access to private pool were amazing! Breakfast was brilliant. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Not much to not like! Maybe the gym could have just been a little bit more updated.

The location was perfect, view of the jungle and a shuttle away from the center, we booked the 1st floor rooms by the pool and they were lovely, used the Spa & Thai boxing class There is a small issue with the water pressure

nothing.

I recently stayed at this wonderful property in Krabi, and I cannot praise it enough. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The location is stunning, and the cleanliness of the resort is top-notch, maintaining the highest standards throughout our stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. The level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care we received was outstanding. They went above and beyond to provide every possible assistance. I would like to extend a special thank you to the entire reception and front desk team for their warm welcome and continuous support. A special mention goes to the two wonderful ladies in charge of the leisure/recreational services—they were the epitome of sophistication, helpfulness, and cooperation. Last but certainly not least, a very special thanks to Mr. Hussein. His exceptional service, dedication, and kindness made a huge difference in our trip. We stayed for 9 nights. The location was great for us as far enough from the main part of town so quiet but only a 10 min scooter or taxi ride in. The room was huge. Staff were super friendly with a great breakfast. Would definitely go back. Nothing I can think of ☺️

Quiet place and not so far from Ao Nang Beach, I felt good experience after day long work and traveling, At the end of day I get peace of mind…Person wish to come for a vacation I highly recommend this property to stay.Staff in hotel is very co operative starts from Reception and almost all restaurant staff as well. I love to stay in this property and every year once I come and stay around 7 to 8 nights but only this time I am bit disappointed about house keeping staff. I believe environment protection and all but if guest keep towel and hand towel on floor one must have to change but 2 times a day I used towel 2 days after than I put both towel on floor they didn’t change and hanging again.its make feel a bit upset because cleanliness, health is too important for ourself.

The pool is nice, and overall the hotel is very good. Extra friendly stuff. If they just step up the cleaning, would make the resort 10/10

Breakfast Location, price, pool amenities

The stuff we’re very nice, the rooms with the pool access were very nice and breakfast was decent. The big pool was beautiful. The gym is a DISASTER. Tiny, dirty, old equipment, bad A/C , no towels, no water. Very bad. Also in our room there was a very bad smell from the A/C, the toilet sit was old and yellow. Near the pool and at the breakfast tons of flies…

I did thorough research on every hotel in the area, decided on this one, and was not disappointed! We liked everything! No notes! Our room was upgraded, the staff was wonderful and so kind. Breakfast was good, and the views from the hallway and room were lovely. The vegan restaurant across the way had the best plant burger we’ve ever had. We went back for it again the next day! Also the food at the hotel restaurant is really good. The Thai food and pizza were top notch. We kept comparing the food we got in town to the hotel and we thought the hotel was better. The happy hours are a good deal too- lychee martinis were great. My partner thought the bed could have been better but I thought it was great!

It's full of families so the pool gets busy/loud. They do have an adults only pool which i only knew of because i read the reviews, they did not really mention this. There were also 2 unhinged customers who were playing extremely loud music and the staff DIDN'T do anything about it. For a "5 star ecological" resort, i would've expected more standards.

Breakfast. Muay Thai class/trainer (provided with additional charge). Pool was filthy. Rooftop terrace and restaurant had limited options, views where good but that's about it. Renovations ongoing, starting early morning. Towels&Bedsheets where not 5-star clean, not even close. Quality of towels was poor, and they were thoroughly stained. Pool area always out of towels. No service at the pool, 5-star hotel would have someone to take care of you! Minibar in the room was empty.

A bit away from the crowd of Ao Nang which was nice. The rooftop has a great view. The decor is pleasant and we liked the eco concept. The people who work there are nice. Bed was comfy. Keep in mind that is VERY KIDS FRIENDLY. So there are tons of kids in the pool and restaurants, including at night. This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel, more of a 3 star. A bit different than in the pictures. No conditioner nor lotion in the room. Towels and bed sheets were old and not perfect with some stains on the pool towels. The room was cute but small with no space to unpack our clothes. The fridge in the room was very loud. Overall it would have been a nice hotel for a 3 star at half of the price we paid, but for what they advertise not great.

Amazing place. It was relaxing, beautiful, clean , super modern and minimalist. . Location is not in town just to be considered but if you don’t want to be in the crowd is actually ideal

Unfortunately there were stains on many of the bathroom/pool towels and also our bed sheets. We stayed at the resort for a few nights so we were constantly getting new towels for the pool everyday or for the room (they clean the rooms quite late, like around 4pm, and I noticed visible stains on at least 4 towels. Otherwise, there was not much we didn’t like, it was a great stay overall.

The same breakfast every day even though it was good.
