This resort seems slightly older, but it was in a perfect location, looking out right onto the Sea. Breakfast buffet was located outside, on the nice patio. Slightly overpriced. Pool in need of repair.

This is my 4th time staying here in the past 2 years. My first visit was amazing. Each visit since has gotten slightly less so. It’s still good, but not amazing. We love this location as it’s quiet (for the most part) and the leisure walk down the beach to our favorite restaurant/bar/massage place (Joy Beach). The bed is comfortable, the room was spacious and it was cleaned daily. When the new management took over I had high hopes of improving the pool, the building and the service from staff, however that has yet to happen. Our refrigerator was not wiped out so contained bits of food from the previous guests. Our first towel was stained which my friend found disgusting and wouldn’t use (they did give us another one). Sadly this time the other guests were very loud at night, rude and overall annoying. The tiles in the pool are coming up which is dangerous but also unattractive. It makes the place look run down. The breakfast is a nice addition however flies everywhere, and at 9:00am you need to ask for everything to be refilled (more coffee cups, more eggs, more juice, etc). The long tail boats ran back n forth in the water until 11pm at night (seemingly just to test their engines) which was loud and affected sleep. The other guests seemed to be part of a wedding but hung by the pool drinking and laughing until past 10pm (pool hours are 8am-8pm) while their child ran the halls with a squeaky toy. Super annoying.

Staff was excellent

Very dirty, needs a complete overhaul, the cleaning staff had no idea on how to clean, we felt very uncomfortable, staying here but we had no choice, so we had to stay, filthy ?, even blood on walls in our room ?, a deluxe room ?

Very close to An Nang Pier which was very convenient! When the tide is out it is not very beautiful.

This is a good budget for those who want to stay in a quiet area but at the same time be able to.move easily around. The hotel is just a few steps from a pier where you can take the longtail boats to Railay and Phranang beaches for only 100 baht (one way). The hotel can book tours with good discounts. The room was quiet and comfortable. Cleaning service in the room every day. Staff is very helpful and nice. You can move easily in town with GRAB or BOLT apps. Everything was fine.

It was quiet on the south end of Krabi. Normal Thailand noise excepted. Nothing, it was as advertised a nothing more.

The view of the mountain Bad customer service. Rude and mean staff.

Reasonable rates, by the shore but out of the rat race of the tourist trap, Ao Nang. Good food nearby, walking distance from our resort. Breakfast varied from good to excellent, chef was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The desk manager was really friendly and easy to work with. The concrete is in serious need of repair before things start to fall apart, broken tiles in the pool, deep cracks in cement walls and the deck around the pool. Otherwise the place was nice.

Clean, quite

We liked the beachfront location. The property was within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the jetty. The swimming pool and dining area were a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The service at the breakfast area can be improved. Sometimes there were no plates or cups any more and the staff were slow to respond. Also some of the staff don't speak/ understand English very well and they are too reliant on the reception staff. The rates offered for some tours are quite expensive compared to other tour providers.

Exceptional

Location,. View. , breakfast included. , most comfortable bed so far in Thailand. Parking is provided in front of the hotel on the road..

The hotel is very close to the pier, where we could travel to other islands. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not very diverse.

I was here for about 2 weeks (out of my control), and I would not return! The Staff: Was very cold and distant towards brown colored guests. Almost seemed prejudiced. They would often joke in their language and point towards brown colored guest laughing at them. They only gave one word answers to those guests, and I was very uncomfortable witnessing the blatant differences in the way they treated those guest, especially the receptionist, cleaning, and food staff. I get people like making jokes at work, but if you choose to live like this, it should be done discreetly. To avoid anyone feeling offended, sad, or uncomfortable, like I was. However, I must say, the cook/chef was pleasant with everyone. The Location: It is in front of a pier. Guests can't really swim there. But it's beautiful to watch. It is a quiet propery with not too much noise unless kids are staying there. The Amenities: The towels and sheets have stains in them that are visible. It is uncertain how well it is washed or if soap is even being used. The shower curtain had moldy stains in them, and I had to ask for a replacement. The bathroom bidet hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor stayed wet. The staff would give you toilet tissue, water, soap, and towels every day. Which was convenient. Breakfast was included from 7am to 10 am, so that was a plus. The chef made tasty Thai dishes as well as Western breakfast like eggs, toast, and cereal. Depending on what room you booked, the king-sized bedrooms were big. Smoking is allowed outside your room. Overall: They need to treat everyone with respect and do better with the upkee of the property. I wouldn't recommend it.

Very clean Far from Aonang Beach
-
- Very clean and well presented -Friendly staff - Great pool and scenery looking over the sea - Good location on the pier with direct boat service to Railay which is why we booked - Excellent price, with breakfast included! A little far out from Krabi/Ao Nang, if that’s what you’re going for. We booked while backpacking as a good stop off point to visit Railay for the day, so location not too much of a downside for us as we knew it was a bit further out. Other than this, can’t fault it for what we wanted.

Breakfast good, different everyday, cleaning was great, pool lovely, location was lovely for us but not in the centre if that's what you desire, Joy beach and dinners locally amazing also the pier very close, tiny authentic store across the street was great and most of all Mac is great on reception- his help and friendly demeanour made our stay lovely. Bus outside for access to Ao Nang Beach very cheap, easy and often.
