location is terible it says city center but isnt anywhere near that I coulve gotten way better located hotels for a fraction of the price. The room felt cheap and the toilets stank. The balcony looked out onto some industrial roof.

Location was good, just off the Maharaj Road. There was always parking available too which was a life saver. The reception staff were helpful but only in a certain way. The room was clean and also made up and cleant everyday. They gave us a room on the 4th. floor and the hotel comes without an elevator, this was informed to us only after we made the full payment. It was smartly played by the night receptionist. So you can imagine what we faced while coming back to the room everyday. The other side of the hotel had great views, but we were not given that, Maybe discrimination because of our passport.

Smooth check in even though we have arrived pretty late. It is a good location (walking distance) if you have an early bus from Lomprayah like we did

The hotel is in Krabi Town, so it takes about 20 minutes by scooter to get to the beach. We really liked that it was outside the resort areas. It had good access to the Night Market, where you could get great food (about 5 minutes by scooter). The staff was very kind and always smiling. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed on the first floor, and our view was of a tin shed. However, we didn’t mind it!

It is situated at a very quite place and unlimited coffee. 1. No lift and stairs upto 4th floor and it is very difficult to climb every time. 2. No staff means not even a single is there to handle your need. 3. Bathroom has limited facilities.
