Ban Sainai Resort

The included breakfast was unique, fresh, and delicious. The room was spacious and there was not a single bug inside. Very well built/sealed. Air Con was strong. Room cooled off quickly. Room had many perks to use while staying, such as slippers, bath robes, umbrellas, beach bag, etc. Booking.com only allows 4-person reservation, but the hotel allowed 2 additional family members to stay (NOT free). Our original stay was ~$800, and we had to pay ~$200 for the 2 extra people. They brought very comfortable roll away beds, blankets, extra bathrobe, slippers, etc. Price is one of the most expensive, but completely justified for what you get. I wish the shuttle to/from the beach was more frequent. It only comes/goes every 1-hour. Every 30-minutes would have been very useful. We took tuk-tuks often because it wasn't worth waiting for the next shuttle.

Really amazing area with such nice atmosphere, and surprisingly hardly any mosquitos at the resort! The staff were really friendly and pleasant. It was always nice that it was away from the main strip. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and the pool! The shower door is a little off so it slams when it closes, other than that it was great

During check out they request me money of bag for lundry but there is no any information about if you take it we will charge , btw they applied unfair pricing, 10 time expensive than normal

One of the best places I’ve been in! It’s quite a small resort which in my opinion is a big plus. Location is private, right in front of an amazing mountain, but still very close to the center. Everything was amazing here! The view is breathtaking. Service is too. Food is amazing. The pool is very cool. We loved every minute.

That's the best hotel you can get in Krabi, period. Simply amazing, nothing to complain! I couldn't find anything that I'd say "I didn't like", really!

Excellent location in town. Off the main road and very quiet for relaxing after spending time at National Park. Accommodation very comfortable and clean. Nothing. All was excellent.

staff and service was absolutely excellent! Bathroom was not air conditioned. Wish I know ahead of time there was no alcohol on property.

Due to the set up of the rooms- we had some occasional critters come through our property (bats). Wasn’t a huge deal but droppings were leftover night . Just flagging to some of the rustic ness. Also- a staffer openly recorded me as I was waiting in the lobby. Unsure if that was some sort of protocol , it definitely felt for personal consumption without my consent. I was very uncomfortable .

Nice view, good breakfast and friendly attentive staff. I would have preferred to have cocktails or a bar on site since it was a resort location. The property is muslim so there is no alcohol available. Not a big deal but something to consider.

Insane views, everywhere you look you’ll see a piece of heaven. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. The hotel is not “adult only” hotel , in our stay there were a lot of children, which honestly made the experience less relaxing and chill. We chose the pond room, which was exceptional, but to whom might concern , there will always be some kind of bugs in the room because of the greenery around also lizards on the balcony sometimes.

The resort felt like you were in a beautiful jungle. It was a get away from all the touristy places. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was excellent.

I liked the property grounds, nice pool with an amazing view, plenty of pool chairs. The staff were very nice. I like that the property was slightly removed from the man busy strip of Ao Nang. The breakfast did not have a ton of options but it was good. It does take like 20-30 minutes to walk to the beach fyi!

Stunning pool and spacious accommodations. Free Tuk Tuk from the property to the beach and back every few hours. Staff helpful in arranging transportation. Amazing breakfast! The property is alcohol-free, which was not apparent on booking.com.

The gardens are beautiful, the pool is great and in an amazing setting. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and family cottage is spacious and well-designed. The food is good, breakfast has a solid selection of dishes and the room service is prompt, food is tasty.
