The hotel needs a bit of reformation

It is far from the main scene but a 10 minute walk, so it’s quiet without being too remote. The building is seriously old. I stayed one night and had no water in the morning. I’m really not sure how long that building is going to last.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, international and local food, room service every day. Reception very competent and helpful. Everything was fine, nothing to critisize.

The staff was great, they worked with us to get laundry done, room cleaned, etc. The hotel was very clean, we were able to walk to the night market with no problem. The pool was enjoyable after a hot day. The bed was a little hard but that is true with most hotels we stayed at.

The shower was scalding hot with the psi of a power washer. When turned on, it hit the opposite wall. After sweating all day in the baking heat, the last thing you wanted to do was use this shower. It also didn’t drain properly. Additionally, the beds were so uncomfortable my hips were bruised from sleeping on what felt like plywood. Moving the comforter to the tile would have likely been more comfortable. And when we came into the room, there was blood stains on the comforter.

Pool clean and well maintained. Room is large and quiet. Very clean. Wonderful hot shower! The mattresses were terrible. Old inner spring type that nearly bent double when you sat down.

If you want easy access to beaches, food, and activities, staying closer to Ao Nang Beach would be more convenient. This property works best for those seeking a quiet stay and who don’t mind commuting. The property is located near Krabi city centre. However, the main beaches, good restaurants, nightlife, and food streets are around Ao Nang Beach, which is approximately 15–18 km away (about a 25-minute drive). There is very little to do near the hotel itself, as the area reflects a quiet city lifestyle. Most of Krabi’s tourist attractions are concentrated around Ao Nang Beach. It is advisable to book your stay closer to this area, especially if you plan to explore beaches, nightlife, and dining options. Krabi is generally a quiet destination, and even in Ao Nang, most streets and establishments close by midnight or 1 a.m. While staying in the city may save 1,000–2,000 baht on room bookings, this saving can easily be offset by higher cab fares and frequent 30-minute travel times to reach tourist areas.

Breakfast was so good! The hotel was very nice. It is not a very new hotel, but we found it very nice. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was nice, and clean. Wifi and A/C worked great. The staff were very friendly and professional. We thought that the breakfast was so good, and the coffee was great. The best hotel breakfast that we have had after 3 weeks and 5 different hotels across Thailand. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the busy part of town, but for us this was perfect. Nice to be in a quiet area and have views of the ocean nearby.

Lovely stay at a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket markets. Clean & well maintained rooms with an amazing pool. The receptionist and support staff were very helpful too. Loved it! Would need to walk a bit to reach convenience stores and restaurants.

The hotel was fine - and very clean! The bed was really nice. The location was quiet, but also a bit away for the "action". I did not use the pool as I ran out of time. And also did not visit the restaurant.

No sound insulation. A little far from town. It's an easy walk but not 1 you want to do repeatedly.
