Location was within walking distance to food places and mini-marts. Staff was very friendly and restaurant food was good. 2 bathrooms were great for family of 4. Couldn't get good sleep cos mattress at lower bedroom was saggy and got stuffy when curtains were drawn. And when curtain is undrawn light shone through top of door :-(

The property was great. The staff was great. The room was perfect. Nice size room for Thailand. It was a very nice hotel. Staff was really really perfect. There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like

The staff was exceptional. You couldn’t ask for a better staff. They went out of the way to make you feel comfortable and at home. There was nothing to dislike about the property. It’s actually a very good location and you had many activities. Great hotel.

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed in ! The kindest stuff , with a positive energy , the hostel it’s self gives you the privacy that you need , very clean , and they have the best food ! They could help you with everything that you’ll need ! I absolutely recommend it for every Travller ! Thanks Meki for everything, felt like home in this place ♥️

Charged an extra fee for my grown child. Different to what was quoted on booking.com bc he is 15 years old. They charged by the number of people, not the beds/rooms. Wasn't a huge charge, just not consistent with the booking.com website. The website allowed for a child to be called a child upto age 17 and we booked a room with 2 double beds ?♀️

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in Thailand. And this has to be one of the top three. The staff are very motivated to help. The facilities is modern and clean. And it’s a great location. Local Street food is close by. Netflix included

The accommodations were very comfortable, the staff very helpful. Family friendly. Our room had two showers and toilets which was helpful for a family with children. Breakfast was yummy.

Big and new, clean apartment No elevator for upper floors, misunderstanding with the staff which didn’t book our tickets for the boat but later assisted us to rebook

We loved the arrangement of the family room. 1 queen bed and Queen bunk beds? Perfect for a family of 6! The beds are super comfy and the place is ultra clean. I also loved that we had a couch in the room. The staff is super friendly and helpful, too. It was a bit confusing because the family room is actually for 3 people (maybe because it’s usually kids who are free anyway?) and our kids are mostly over 12, so they count as adults. So when we got to the hotel, we had to pay extra for 2 people. It wasn’t much money and I totally understood, but I thought I would put that out there in case other people are confused by what Booking says. The breakfast wasn’t great, so I think I would skip that if I went again. Instead, I would just go to the family-run cafe down the street. There is a laundromat near it, so you could kill two birds with one stone. The location is a bit out of the way, but we didn’t mind walking to restaurants. The trip to Ao Nang beach was a bit farther than I expected and cost a bit more than I would have thought ($7USD) but it wasn’t terrible.

Love the cafe and area, few little shops and food stalls and about 80 baht by grab to town Centre There were ants in the room, they came and sprayed ant killer then they hadn’t returned, but we had left some food on the side which was ruined as the ants had crawled all over it

Awesome duplex loft-style studio with 2 “bedrooms” above and 1 under, a little sitting room, 2 super showers and 2 separate toilets! Lovely kind staff. Perfect for 1 -2 nights. They had scooters to rent on the property. Lots of games for kids and free biscuits and coffee ?

Pretty much everything from very nice and helpful staff, great quality of facilities, modern and cosy style. The mattress is very comfy. I had a very good sleep indeed. I like the idea of making the bed so private with facilities inside and the upper beds are on second floor with proper stairs. Nothing
