Stunning room, really comfortable bed, lovely staff and communal spaces

No elevator available, so staying on the 4th floor means carrying a bit. But staff offered to help.

Room had some loud maintenance noises throughout the day, male staff we're not nice. At one point we were getting yellow drainage water in the sink and the guy tried to pretend it was because of yellow light. No one is that naive.

Family with kid! we love it the room with teepee. The room is not soundproof. You can hear others walking, talking.

Very big room and comfy, small balcony with a table set. Located in downtown, next to the market. Not far from the river. The receptionist (male) saved us, we had a problem with the lock of our luggage, he managed to open it without damaging it. It was Sunday, and there wasn't any repair shop in this town who could repair it. So 10/10 for him ! nothing

The place is sparkling clean.. The staff deserve a special salute for keeping the place so tidy. No elevator .. sound proofing was not great. The breakfast is ok but not worth the price tag.

It's cozy, conveniently located, reasonably priced and clean rooms. Quite appreciated the toiletries & the fact that the manager waited up for us even though we were delayed and only arrived at 1 am! There is also a 24-hour 7-11 located right across that took care of dinner problem, especially since it was so late in the night and all the markets were shut down. Probably a few more breakfast options would have been nice. There is also no lift, so not recommended for folks with mobility issues.

Great staff, right in the centre of Krabi town. We always read reviews carefully and this hotel was highly recommended. It was fine but perhaps not as good as we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel lacked any real character and the decor was just a little less smart than we expected. The surface mounted electrical services in the rooms are fine, but the TV in our room had messy cabling and the soundproofing between our room and the next could have been better. Nothing catastrophic but also not the best hotel on our Thailand trip - and several of the better ones were less expensive.

Neat little boutique hotel and the staff, especially the girl at the front desk, were excellent. You are in a great area to walk to markets. Rent a bike and see the city.

Perfect place for a night stay before going to airport - clean, good location with comfy beds and very kind personnel. We were offered a breakfast "to-go" as we were leaving early to the airport, this was really helpful. Our kid loved playing and sleeping in tipi tent in the room, it's a fantastic idea for families with small children. Nothing.
