A little far out from Aonang but I arrived late so was okay for one night

Everything was fine! Clean, good staff. The location was good, it was not in the crowded city. Thanks to The Phu View at Aonang for a pleasant welcome!

The floors I guess. The view was nice but wouldn’t be for someone below the 4th floor or facing the highway. Very dirty bathroom. Location was awful - so far away from the beach and any coffee. Not a lot of restaurants to choose from either. I thought it would be walkable to the beach but it’s uphill and dangerous being on a freeway. Also, the breakfast isn’t properly represented- was some cookies that aren’t rotated and instant coffee. The breakfast isn’t properly located in a room that is very hot so you really don’t want to stick around to make coffee. Staff was never available to assist with anything. Room was loud due to a pump in the ceiling. Super bummed on this place. Oh and for a 3 star hotel I expect a hot shower - no hot water.

We loved our room with the view. Price is excellent and you are away from town. You need to rent a scooter or you can use grab to commute. Staff is excellent and we would definitely stay here in the future if price is still this low. It could have been little closer to the beach so we can walk there. But honestly worth staying g here since it was very quite.

The hotel is right on the main street and can get noisy. But it wasn't a big deal; I used to it quickly :)

The location is wonderful, away from the tourist area, yet not very far from that area. The location is placed off one of the main roads, with a laundromat next door and multiple restaurants around. The restaurant on the right when facing the road had amazing crispy pork and sells out before 2pm. 7-11 is just a short walk and so is Lotus or Mackro. Wonderful hosts that run this place. They are friendly, warm and welcoming. There is a nice viewing area on top of the building where you can get a great view of the city. There is no lift/elevator. One suggestion for improvement would be to add a hot kettle in the rooms. While the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies available in the eating area are a nice touch, having a kettle in the room would offer guests added convenience and flexibility.

Very clean, spacious room, replenished with water & toiletries daily. Newer property, cleaned on a daily basis. Free coffee/tea, snacks. Price to quality ratio is amazing! Further from the city center & the beach, about 3km to AoNang on a hill, however cheap rides are available and if you like to walk, not an issue. Street side of room is a bit noisy.

I didn't like that the description says that it's 12 minutes walking from the beach, and that's a blatant lie. It's 29 minutes walking from the beach according to Google Maps.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although they don't speak much English, they tried very hard to communicate well. The lighting in the room was dim due to light fixture not working
