Venice Krabi Villa Resort

Nothing all was great. Pity we can not stay longer this time ?

Everything A bit far from center, but they provide shuttles so all good.

The pool was amazing. Property was very comfortable for my family of 4

The pool was beautiful! The room was wow! Nature experience living on a river. Close to the pier to railay beach. The air conditioning didn't work well. It took several hours to get it cooled. The place is not located near anything for sightseeing. It was a bit annoying the need to ask for a ride from the room to the reception everytime.

Peace and quiet and just short taxi ride to town

The villas are incredible. Super romantic and unique. Our jacuzzi tub was also amazing. The pool area didn’t have enough chairs. The walk to and from the common areas / restaurants from the back villas was too far. Breakfast buffet was not kept up on and at 830am nearly all the hot plans were emptied and hadn’t been refilled

Everything is absolutely amazing. The jacuzzi room is to die for. The resorts and facailities such as the pool are exceptional. Well done to whoever designed the resort snd for the staff to keep it up to standard. It is only 10 mins by bike to ao nang central area. We booked all the tours from the hotel and anchisa a nuchy were amazing and helped us all the way. They are amazing employees and treated us very well during our stay. Apart from that we gave them our days here and completly helped us plan the best tours to make our trip fantastic. And they surley did. There is another employee coffee who also helped us during one of our tours. You will definitley see us again. Weel done venice krabi villa resort team. Keep up the good work.

As advertised secluded ecological. Food ok at breakfast dinner better Staff mostly happy Wildlife lovers will love it Swimming pool was huge with some bubbles and different depths The rooms are not sealed and there are gaps where lizards and other crawlers can come through The shower was a Joke. Hot water was coming going you had to mix, stop mixing... It was like driving a car.. Careful no served alcohol, did not bother us..

I liked how quiet and calm this place was. The villa we stayed in was separate enough from the others that we felt privacy without being alone in the wilderness. It was perfect. The room was big, the deck area was also nice. Although I love the eco friendly and nature progressive efforts of the brand, there is no alcohol on the premises. Which is totally fine, I just must have missed that detail when booking. I just didn’t expect it, especially when we went to the pool bar.

Facilities were old, everything smelled like sewers, we had an ant infestation in our room. Service was not great - whenever we asked for something to our room like toilet paper, they always forgot and we had to ask again 1-2 hours later. Absolutely MONEY HUNGRY. i simply wanted to warm a meal in their microwave- it turned into a 30 minute ordeal, of me being ignored, then waiting for a long time while being brushed aside, and the cherry on top, they actually charged me money for each dish- we had 2 small dishes from 7/11, that wasnt industrial size meals. To think i wpuld be charged money and made to wait 30 minutes simply to use their microwave is insane and a first for me.

- Breakfast buffet was fabulous with lots of choices and self serve cappuccino machine. -The hot items were changed daily for variety Which was greatly appreciated - Food in the lunch restaurant was very good. My favourite item being the Pad Thai burger along with the outstanding service from employee Moo. - the cooking class was really fun and very professional. Highly recommend! - Great customer service but Selina at the front desk deserves recognition as she made us feel welcome from start to finish. - yoga class was enjoyable -Lighting by sink was very poor. -Some of the wooden lounge chairs around the pool were in disrepair and hurt your back when you laid back. - pool was beautiful but need some upkeep on the jets

The cleaning was good, but they didn't quote nail the smaller details on subsequent days, compared to the day of arrival (e.g. we got less floor towels that before).

Beautiful property, relaxing stay. The room was spacious with a balcony and outdoor bathroom. Clean, huge pool, good breakfast. Staff are very helpful.

Water was too dirty, where the balcony was. Because of dirty water, mosquitoes were in the room.

The location and villa were amazing. Close to Ao Nang but also peaceful. The bugs! The villa doors were not sealed which resulted in LOTS of bug bites while sleepin. Shocking that the resort overlooked this—they don’t even provide a mosquito net to cover the bed. Additionally, the lack of door deals result in the AC not working very well.

This was a GREAT stay! Coming from Bangkok, Venice Krabi was perfect for us. Fully immersed in nature, I could just sit and hear the sounds of uninterrupted nature. I highly recommend the water villa. Sitting on the porch over the water and just enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells of fresh nature air was incredible. Walking the premise of the property was also delightful. I am SO sad that we did not have time to use the paddle boards/kayaks. I would have loved to do that. I also noticed, at the very back/far end of the property, there is a river through mangroves with several boats. It was unclear if that was a paid service or included; I did not have time to ask. Breakfast was fine; we did not get a chance to eat dinner at the hotel. The hotel also has a separate lunch restaurant a little ways down the road that LOOKED like an incredible place to dine and enjoy, but we were out during the day and did not get a chance to try that either. We DID get to enjoy the MASSIVE pool (the pool is open later than most with a closing time of 9PM). WOW. The pool is absolutely stunning. I am hoping to come back for another stay at Venice Krabi. The nature, the location, the pool, and the design of the room were absolutely worth it. The pool is phenomenal, but sound carries easily. Unfortunately, there was a family with children visiting the pool whose voices/screams carried across the property. I totally get that kids have the right to enjoy the pool, too. It is just unfortunate that the sound carries so well over the stillness of the rest of the nature. I did not get to see the otters anywhere. That was a hopeful highlight of mine. The shuttles to Ao Nang and Railay were very limited. Despite the limited times, we tried to book a shuttle but were told that it was already full. That was very disappointing. But Grab is very easy and affordable, so we took a Grab to the Ao Nang Landmark night market one night and took a Grab to Ao Nang pier to get an island hopping day trip (7 islands, sunset, & bioluminescence....I HIGHLY recommend this itinerary!). Then the company brought us back to the hotel at the end. This is a small thing, but if you were expecting to play at the "beach" at Venice Krabi, l recommend lowering your expectations slightly. The pool is AWESOME and the canals, ponds, are STUNNING, but the imported sand, at least when we were there in October, seemed to have mostly washed away with rainy season. Overall, wonderful stay. We will probably stay here again.

We stayed as a family for one night, simply for an overnight stop, and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful breakfast. Very good view from the balcony. Smells wet at the room

The breakfast buffet isn't very extensive and needs more variety. The pool is very nice but there is no staff to help with towels or orders. The housekeeping staff doesn't do a very good job of cleaning the room and you have to keep calling them to come clean. The cot provided for the baby wasn't very comfortable and the rooms need better lighting.

The resort is absolutely relaxing place and peaceful.. There is no spa in the hotel. They need to call outside. it was a hassle
