Location was convenient if you are looking to explore Krabi City Bed sheets were full of stains and mould. We asked for replacement sheets which were better but not great. Shower head was full of rust and overall the room looked old and not taken care of

Honestly, this place surprised me in a good way. The café downstairs became my go-to every morning: solid coffee and not overpriced, which is always a win. My room was super clean, the bathroom looked newly redone, and there was enough space. I was up on the fourth floor, and the elevator was insanely fast—like, press the button and it’s already there. Location-wise, you’ve got a 7-Eleven right across the street and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to the city center and night markets. Only minor issues: the AC cools really well but doesn’t chill out when it hits the set temp, so it got a bit too cold at night. And the safety chain on the door is weirdly tough to open, which isn’t ideal if you ever needed to get out quickly. But honestly? For the price, it’s a great spot and I’d stay again without thinking twice

Not much Horrendous traffic noise, there may as well have been no windows and doors!, air con uncontrollable, either full on or off. Asked for a taxi to be arranged for transfer to our next hotel but the receptionist booked us on a tour!! Instead of three hours we were out all day!! Completely unnecessary, would not recommend.

Great location- near the popular markets, restaurants, cleanliness of the room, good air conditioning, rain shower head, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bed was a little hard.

Super large and cozy room with all the amenities working like new. Cozy King bed, excellent AC and shower, impeccably clean and quiet. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. A very pleasant 1k walk to the weekend walking street / night market which is a must attend! Nothing.

The staff were very friendly and the location was close to the town. The air-conditioning was very noisy but at least there was complimentary ear plugs.

Very friendly and competent staff. Easy to rent a scooter via hotel for a good price. Very good price value for our overall stay. Good beds. Perfect as a base for day trips with the scooter. A bit de-centralised if you don’t have a scooter.

Close to Krabi’s night market and some other attractions. Nothing to do with the hotel itself or the employees. It is about rude guests which were shutting their doors closed, very loud.

The cafè downstairs, they do motorbike renting on site, very good housekeeping, close to beach and night market, 711 near by, lift to carry suitcases etc, clean toilets, very nice security guard, free parking, map around the town The mattresses felt abit cheap with springs not comfy if you have bad back. Children stay in building too, with no sound proofing it can be abit annoying

Big clean rooms were much nicer than they looked in the photos The room was incredibly loud, at night either the aircon was on and rattling, or it was off and emitting a high pitched hum. The walls are also very thin so could clearly hear the music coming from next door. Ear plugs were supplied though, and it wouldn’t bother a heavy sleeper

Lovely hotel, huge spotless room, great coffee shop very comfortable and helpful reception. Excellent value for money . It’s 10 mins walk to centre but there’s a 7 11 en route for water snacks etc

New hotel, good location AC was too strong, couldn’t control the temperature much. Bathroom had a damp smell a bit.
