They offer a shuttle bus to Ao Nang beach every hour, would be nice if it can be requested at any time for more than 2 people

Hotel is built in the forest, very beautiful. The location was excellent, you are in the center of Ao Nang beach but hardly hear the traffic moving. Nil

My room entered directly to the pool which was lovely and the breakfast was yummy. The room was also very large. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and the door has a gap underneath that’s quite big so massive cockroaches were coming in from outside. The staff here were also not friendly.

The two pools are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast included is also quite good. I stayed in a basic room but there are variety of options available. In terms of value for money, I feel like this is one of the best in the area (I stayed at 3 diff hotels in my time in Ao Nang). I would definitely return here based on what you get for what you pay. The staff weren’t the friendliest and the room I stayed in was a budget double which wasn’t the most amazing but it did do the trick. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the beach but there is tons of stuff around so I don’t feel like the location is a bad thing. However, if you want to be right at the beach then maybe keep looking.

Great stay at greenview village resort. This hotel is off the main strip which was more secluded and quieter than the hustle and bustle. Loved the pool and the lush greenery surrounding the hotel. It was very clean and well kept every day, rooms were nice and clean and always stocked up the next day. The only downfall was the beds were very hard. Beach shuttle was a plus for getting into town and to catch the long tail boats to the other islands. Breakfast was good, however, hot plates would be a great addition to keeping the food warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful! My mom stayed in the single huts which were attached to one another. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything next door.

The location is great, far from the chaos but well connected to the beach with a free shuttle service. The breakfast was quite mediocre. The place has a beautiful background and a very nice garden and pool but most of the compound looks not well maintained and a bit run down.

The hospitality and staff in Green View Village Resort was very friendly. The breakfast was not great. They did not have any vegetarian options as well. For tourists from India, it is extremely important for resorts/hotels to have vegetarian/ vegan options as many follow vegetarian only diet. The rooms could have been better.

Great room, swmming pools, and facilities in general. I would stay there again but also think it is valid to try some other places around. There is no gym and the breakfast was quite small for the type of hotel. I was expecting more in these two items.

The resort was beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Beds were a little hard. Noisy late at night, you can’t shut the door quietly when leaving, you have to lock the door and pull close. There’s about a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door, so I feel like it contributed to some of the noise.

It's hard to communicate with the staff administratively. I coordinated this trip for a group of teenagers from the United States, and I had a very difficult time getting ahold of the staff before the start of the trip in order to properly manage the booking.

Everyone was super friendly, also great location. They did also have hourly shuttle where they can take you to the beach and also pick up.

pleasant ambience. helpful and cooperative staff. clean swimming pool. ambient rooms. picturesque surroundings. good breakfast options. all good. nothing to dislike. it's a nature resort.so I don't care when people say there are insects or reptiles around but surely you expect to be amidst nature and should embrace the flora and fauna
