I was only there for three days - and two of the three days I was on tour, seeing the islands, etc. and therefore I’m not sure if it’s fair to give an assessment of the location. I will say that it’s walking distance to several eateries, the 7-11 is around the corner and very accessible for getting snacks and drinks- etc. but I am a beach person and because of that, next time I would prefer to stay on a beachfront property. The distance to Ao Nang (the beach) is about a 30 min drive by Grab, and about $10-15. This was my mistake because I misread the location and thought I was more central.

Staff were incredibly friendly and kind, very welcoming. The room is a little dated but clean, bed was SO comfortable and actually cosy. One of the comfiest stays we had all month. Pool area is nice and well kept, good location for walking out and about. We only stayed for 1 night before going for our ferry and it was perfect for that, would stay again.

The pool was ok I don't usually comment on places we've stayed but this is an exception .The lady owner was very rude and obnoxious . I would advise anyone not to stay there . I am surprised they are in business

Overall the staff were great. But the owner (we presume) offered to book us a taxi to the airport in the morning. We took the service, but the taxi never showed. It was fine, as we called a Grab that was there within minutes. But we are pretty sure he forgot to secure the taxi for us.

Well worth the price you pay. Staff were great, just don’t remove any of their things. Really good breakfast. Lovely little pool and a very relaxing pool area. Really worth paying for a pool access room. Clean rooms with all you need. Not the most comfortable (hard) beds, but seems to be the norm for Thailand. In a great area away from the busy town, but just 1 minute walk away and a 7/11 shop just round the corner. The owners 3 dogs are in and around the hotel but are no issue.

Location was perfectly close to the markets and shopping. Big room with big beds, good breakfast and polite staff. Pool quite big for the city with water quite clean. Room seem to be a bit dated with noisy air-conditioning. The bathroom is quite small and the plumbing is noisy. Beds had a comforter but without covers. Safe deposit out of order and lock on doors impossible to block from inside. Reception was unstaffed sometimes during the day and leftover luggage left out unsupervised in the restaurant. Family dogs were present in the restaurant during the day. The owner was mostly concerned about his towels leaving premises and immediately pointed out 500 B charges for that.

The location, pool The owner guy was very rude. When my flight was delayed just laughed at me no help whatsoever. However the cleaners and waitresses work really hard and are lovely.

Family-run quiet and peaceful place. Lovely grounds with care and attention to lots of beautiful plants and garden with nice swimming pool.

Great location, comfortable bed and good shower. Loved the pool, I had a pool access room which was awsome. Very close to night market, restaurants, everything really. Good price also The man at reception was lovely, the lady however was quite rude and grumpy as mentioned in other posts. Nothing intolerable tho
