very loud AC that you could hear both in the room and the electric installation (assuming related to AC) outside of thr building even louder on the balcony. Turning AC off in my room was not possible/noise did not stop. worst sleep I had in several weeks. the balcony had a super bright floodlight in front. I booked a more expensive hotel room with balcony with river view to enjoy my last evening outside... that money was wasted. I did not want to sit outside even for a minute under these conditions...

Location and I had a river view room sunrise is amazing Location first class cannot get better WIFI worked well was able to do some work albeit not all the time but adequate Staff extremely friendly Hotel communicated well with me prior to booking Not enough hot water Safe not bolted to shelf Type of door locks results in everyone slamming door

Great location right across the street from the river, you can walk to anywhere in town,no problem night markets, bars, restaurants, great breakfast spot, everything’s close by? Bed was hard but typical for Thailand ?♂️

Bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we went into the room. No toilet paper, rubbish bin full and best not describe the other thing.

Bed had very very hard mattress and older hotel with no elevator.

On arrival, staff were very unorganized and seemed like they hadn’t checked in a guest before.

Area is closed to night markets and restaurants. Noisy room, because it's located to the street with a lot of traffic. Dirty rooms and damaged furniture.
