Great location, right in the middle of Krabi town. Shower nozzle needs to be replaced.

- Amazing location, the hotel is right in the middle of everything. - Clean and good sized accommodation which feels quite comfortable inside despite everything. - Bad staff ignoring your requests and then outright lying to your face. I specifically requested a nice looking room with a black and grey aesthetics as seen on their pictures, however when I arrived the staff played dumb and assigned me generic grey room instead. When I complained about it, they told me several times that all of their nice looking rooms are old pictures from before renovation and they don't have those anymore. So I had to select the least bad looking room from the 3 they had available at the time. Imagine my surprise when next morning I walked past the room next to mine that was being cleaned at the time, which turned out to be exactly the room I was requesting with the black aesthetics, which the staff told me they don't have anymore? Basically if you want the staff to ignore your requests and then lie to you about it, you can come here. - Accommodation is generally quiet, but soundproofing is bad, so you will hear every little thing outside. For example your neighbours talking, or somebody dropping something next to your room or above it, or vibrations from a car passing by, etc... Not for light sleepers. - The shower is weak - Aircon blows right on the seating area. I got room in this hotel specifically so I could work, but they assigned me the room that has AC blowing on the work space, and so I could not work in the room. All 3 rooms available at the time were like that, even though the room I wanted had AC blowing outside of the working space. - The slightly nicer room that I chose had a broken handle, and so you could not lock the door. - The kettle was strong, but very dirty and with a sticky handle, it was feeling disgusting to pick it up every time. - They have a cheap mattress that shakes strongly every time you or your partner moves on the bed, so it felt like a sleeping on a rollercoaster sometimes. Again, not for light sleepers - Inconsiderate staff talking loudly in the morning when cleaning other rooms outside.

Good central location in Krabi Town. Two outdoor markets were in easy walking distance right nearby the hotel. The local bus stop to Ao Nang was just a block away. I tried breakfast on my first day there. It was ok, but no fresh fruit. Condition of the room needed some attention, but overall it was comfortable.

Wonderful and helpful staff, amazing owners. Room had a balcony with streetview and a place to hang stuff to dry. Around the hotel are like three markets and plenty of beauty and massage shops.

Location: next to lots of food and massage choices, 7-11. Room: very clean. No problem getting a Grab cab but coming back could be an issue, as the cabs don't go to some places. You can book tours from the front desk. I couldn't get an extra bed, blanket. When I got locked out of my room, they are not always able to help. They did however provided me with a weighing scale when I asked.

Great location. Rooms are a bit small and could use a refresh and update.

This is my 2nd stay in Lada Krabi. Hotel is next to night market and close to the river 5 min walk. Many restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Room is spacious, clean and has everything you may need. Comfy bed and pillows and good AC. NA

The location is very convenient and central. There is 7-11 nearby and a night market beside. no.

I liked the location and that it was quiet but close to restaurants and stores. The staff was nice and helped me book a tour, which I enjoyed. I also appreciated that the tv had Netflix. WiFi was good. There were some small ants when I first arrived and if you leave any food in the trash or around, they come back. The staff did clean them and they didn’t return afterwards.
